We had a wonderful view of the ocean. Our room was very near the elevator and extremely easy for our 93 year old grandmother to walk to.

Our family visited Atami during New Year and literally checked in on New Year Eve! The staff were super welcoming and helpful. We actually went to the wrong hotel building at check in, and they immediately sent a pick-up for us to get to the correct building. The meals included in our hotel package were all buffet, and the food was amazing! There was a very wide variety of choices. You can even enjoy the ocean view during breakfast if the balcony (and shower) in your room is not enough for you to admire the beautiful Atami :) We would love to visit again during Summer to see the fireworks!

The bathroom that is separated from the toilet has lots of natural light and wonderful view. The room is spacious and clean. Good value for the prince. The breakfast buffet was great but it would have been nicer if they also serve simple dinners besides reservation only, pricy buffet dinner since there is no dining options nearby. Taxi costs about 1800 yen and the bus schedule is limited both local and shuttle bus.

改装されたとのことで内装はとてもキレイで心地よかったです。スタッフの方は外国の方が多かったですがサービスも徹底されており気持ちよく滞在できました。気になったことはホテル規模の割に大浴場が小さめなのとシャワーブースも少なくできれば仕切りがあると有り難いところと送迎バスの本数や乗車人数か少ないことです。迎えは満員で利用できず残念でした。それと朝食時ロビーにまで焼き物の煙が充満していてちょっとびっくりしました。総合的にはコスパ的にも満足いくホテルでした。

彼のお誕生日で宿泊させていただきました。露天風呂付きのお部屋が予約できたので、利用させていただきました(^^) お部屋も広々としてて清潔感あってとてもよかったです！シャワーヘッドやドライヤーなど、リファを置かれてて個人的にとても嬉しかったです♪ 大浴場も行かせてもらいましたが、そこも全てリファでした！ご飯もビュッフェで自由に取れるし、もっと食べたかったけど想像以上にお腹いっぱいになって、もっと食べたかった（笑）お部屋の露天風呂もすごく心地良く、最高の時間が過ごせました(^ ^) また機会があれば利用します！！

到着時間が遅かったからか(17時頃)、夕食が19時半からだったのが残念。お部屋からの眺めもお部屋もよかったです。
