高齢の母と利用しましたが、客室も食事も大満足です。
建物は古いけど館内の所々に細かい気遣いが見られ、感動しました。
大浴場にサウナがあれば120点です！

家族（妻と3歳の子）で行きました。食事がとにかく美味しかったです。偏食な我が子もモリモリ食べてました。下が肥えてる方でも大満足です。
食事の量が多いため、3歳には夕食はつけずに分け与えるぐらいでちょうど良い量がきます。
またご飯に味噌汁は子供は無料でつけてくださいました。
料理長の腕前というか味のこだわりを感じます。
施設はもともとかんぽの湯だったこともあり、老朽化は感じざるを得ませんでしたが、食事然りスタッフの方の対応も素晴らしく、施設の古さを余っても補うぐらいだと思います。
ご高齢の方や車椅子の方に優しい施設なのかも！？バリアフリーがしっかりしていて、手すりなどの配慮もありました。
もっと入ってもい 良いホテルです！オススメ！

出張で宿泊しましたが、温泉も朝ごはんも満足しましたのでまた行きたいと思っています。駅からの送迎バスがあることを知りませんでしたので、タクシーで4000円くらい使ってしまったが残念でしたので、次回は送迎バスを利用したいと思います。

Quite a number of insects (suspected mosquitos) appeared in the room time to time even though the windows were all closed.
Onsen bath is not opening 24 hours.

わんちゃんと泊まれて専用入り口にはゴミ箱足拭きなどあってよかった。朝のお風呂の時間が９時までで朝食の後は入れなかったのは残念、せめて10時まで入浴できれば嬉しい。卓球台が1時間¥1100は高い。入浴時間が改善されればまた利用したい。

夕飯にレストランが当日利用不可なのに、売店の商品が乏しかった（汗）ただ、宿泊客へ「坦々麺」の無料サービスがあったので救われました。また利用したいホテルです（笑）

夕食付きプランでないと食事が後付けできないとのことで、周りに食事するところがないので、部屋で食べるように用意していかなければいけなかった。車なら出かけることもできたろうけど、電車利用だった為、それも出来ず悲しかった。
