We only did a one night stay. It’s a comfortable hotel and checking in was quick. The staff were friendly, the female spoke good English and also gave us a map of the immediate surroundings showing eateries and the supermarket. The free airport coach is a big bonus.

I booked my stay a few hours beforehand but the staff was ready to greet me with kindness and a clean, peaceful room. There was a free morning shuttle to take me to the KIX airport, which was very helpful. It's easy and convenient to reach this hotel from the airport. Great value for the price!

The hotel had excellent service. I had a 6:50am flight from Kansai and they scheduled a bus ride for me that got me there well ahead of time. The experience was convenient and pleasing.

Typical Japanese business hotel with no frills. Room smelled vaguely smoky. Convenient location - about a 5 min walk to Izumisano and a 10 minute train to the airport.

the hotel is old and not well-maintained. Smelled of smoke everywhere on the floor of my room. Also fan on the ceiling of the corridor on my floor was making big noise when I checked in. Fortunately the manager was able to stop by noise by turning off the fan.
However, the location is very convenient to get the airport and the hotel's free shuttle to the airport was wonderful!

This hotel was not as close to Kansai Airport as I had hoped. We arrived late at night, so there is no shuttle to the hotel. The taxi fare was 4200 yen. However, when we left in the morning, we were able to catch the hotel's free shuttle.

The location is very convenient as it is within walking distance to the subway station and the hotel offers a free airport shuttle. The rooms are small but clean, minimal amenities. The location surrounding the hotel is safe but without a lot of things to do - perfectly fine for an airport stay.
