Super clean hotel in walking distance from Tokyo station. It is located within a couple of minutes walk from the entrance to the underground passage to Tokyo station from where it takes about 10 minutes to get to the station. This is a saviour in hot summer days. There are many stores and restaurants in the underground passage. The hotel is extremely clean and the staff is very nice and helpful. There is a lounge on the second floor where the breakfast is served. The breakfast is very good and is worth the additional charge. Our room had a washing machine that was very handy. The bathroom and shower were very clean and modern. Overall the hotel goes the extra mile to provide a comfortable stay for its guest. Will definitely stay again.

They did all of the little things right which adds up to a wonderful experience. Especially the staff they were Beyond helpful kind thoughtful and wanted to make sure we were well taken care of. It felt like family even though we couldn't speak the same language. But they were versed enough in English that we got by.
