The hotel is great for the value, it's near the subway station which is a plus. Also, there are extra space under the bed which you can put your luggage. It's always great to see the Tokyo tower when you went out the hotel.

It was very good. But did not like the self check in in perticular. And also I asked about late checkout and was told it was 2200 yen. When I asked how late I could stay I was told to 14.00.
No where in the coversation was it mentioned that it was per hour. So to my surprise I was charged 6600, and I don't like surprises like that. And also they where quite unwilling to claim any responsibility and basically called me a lier by saying they had said it was per hour. Which the receptionist possibility couldn't have known. So I asked her to listen to the recording of the conversation, which I'm sure they have. And she was unwilling to help or even investigate to possibility of error on their part. That kind of mentality in a place like that, I was not expecting. So that brings down the experience a lot.

This hotel is clean and it’s very close to Tokyo tower. The location is pretty quiet and it’s walkable to a number of restaurants. Staff is kind and friendly. The only thing about the hotel is the size of the room and also the bed. Bed and pillows were stiff and it’s not super comfortable. Overall, it was a good experience for a short stay.

Great location close to Tokyo Tower and stations. I was able to take a train without transfer from Narita Airport. Also the rooms were very clean and neat. The staff members were friendly and helped me fill out the forms to deliver my luggage to my next destination.
