I was surprised why this hotel does not have cuurent reviews and then I found that the majority of customers are local. Only one Chinese staff, Kon, can communicate in English but every staff is very nice and attentive once you figure out the rules. Public onsen fa ility is standard and efficient. Spacious toom must be at least 300 sq.ft. for 2 of us. Hot Water and temperature are centrally controlled. But if you are after hours you should go to public bath to take a shower. Laundry is inside the public bath. Bring your detergent or you will have to buy from hotel. Public Transportation is free during regular skiing hours to all mountains and stop right next to hotel.
