Good location. Free soft drinks in the evening. Good breakfast.

Standard bijou room per Japan with the usual “capsule” bathroom but well appointed and a view from the window. Good sized lobby with one free drink of choice for happy hour. Not far from station and close to restaurants and bars and to Hamamatsu Castle and a nice tea ceremony house.

Not a bad place to stay for a night if you're passing by the area. Generally clean rooms, good breakfast, nice accommodating staff. The rooms are quite small, but don't let that dissuade you from staying.

Small hotel with a super small room, not really ideal for someone American sized. Bed is harder than a table.

the shower hot water is very hot ! it was burned my kid`s body ..

Dirty room, stains on the walls! The beds were incredibly uncomfortable and everything stank of smoke. Price was very high, £85 GBP for a tiny room compared to far better and bigger hotels in Tokyo or Kobe. Breakfast was not bad but hardly a redeeming feature. Avoid if at all possible

Good for quick over night stay. Friendly staff with attentive service.

This hotel is a bare bones business hotel. Bed is a good size but the room is very small. Breakfast is typical Japanese style. Free drink (Alcohol OK) between 5-8 for guests. If you are on a budget, it is very good value.

廊下の人声さえなければ、静かな良い部屋でした。浴室壁にうすく、でも手のひら数枚分の広さで、黒っぽいカビ様のものが見えて、タオルで拭き取れました。部屋のカギのバーを壁の穴から外すと電灯も換気扇も止まる仕様のようなので、仕方ないのかもしれません。ほかに、洗面台のオーバーフロー用（あふれ防止）の穴の縁にも歴年のものと思しき黒褐色の付着物ありました。これはなんとかなるかも、です。

立地が良いかと思って予約したが、立地よりも部屋の狭さと設備の古さのデメリットの方が気になった。

スタッフの対応はよかった。 部屋の匂いが気になった。

受付での対応が素晴らしい

ユニットバスが不潔だった。洗面台に髪の毛が付いていたり、壁やシャワーカーテンもカビが何ヶ所も見られた。 浴槽の排水口も詰まっていて、水がなかなか流れなかったのも不満です。 建物が古くてもきちんと掃除してあれば、不満も感じないのに、残念です。

普通に良かったですよ

禁煙室なのに、たばこの臭いが取り切れていない

First room assigned had mold all around the entrance to the bathroom. Went down to the front desk and they were very, very apologetic about it. Despite the hotel being fully booked they were able to assign me a second room. Unfortunately, the second room also had a little mold around the aircon vent and inside the bathroom. It was the only alternative available, so I just had to deal with it. Aside from the mold problem, everything else was fine. I don't care at all whether a facility is old or not, but I draw the line at hygiene and cleanliness. I would have only given 1 star due to the mold problem, but since the staff were very accommodating and helpful I'm bumping it up to 2 stars. If cleanliness and mold doesn't really bother you, this hotel is actually a good deal due to good location and reasonable pricing. However, if mold bothers you then I would suggest you find a different hotel.
