We thoroughly enjoyed our Kyoto Itoya Hotel experience, it is in a great location, nice & quiet area but very easy to get around and find places to eat with easy access to train station. Would highly recommend!

The folks at Kyoto Itoya did a great job of making me feel welcome. They explained everything I needed to know about my room. The loaner umbrellas they provide are great for walking around the city. The small cafe on the second floor is really nice. Very central location, easy to walk from there to public transport. And they support luggage delivery, and helped me get my luggage sent on to my next hotel, which was a tremendous boon.
