Nice and clean

Short 1 night stay in Tokyo Bay Area, it was a 30min walk to the local train station although the hotel did have shuttle buses. There was a kettle for making hot drinks.

Fantastic, easy location! Highly recommend for families to stay. Small rooms but we only slept in then because there is so much to do in the beautiful Tokyo

Easy access to convenience store, Lawson, which was a 2 min. walk from front door. Also, free shuttle service made getting to subway and Disney very easy. Staff were very kind and friendly and provided instructions in English. This hotel did not have a service to forward luggage to our next hotel. However, the convenience store did, which we were able to easily make use of after speaking to the staff.

There are shuttle buses to disney parks, separated Japanese style shower room, convenience store in the property, good amenity bar,bunk bed room....etc They had everything we needed for our family trip to disney resort. Very reasonably priced for what you get in my opinion.

Roomy clean rooms, staff is courteous and friendly. I like that fact they have free drinks in the lounge where there are also a hot water pot, microwave oven and a toaster oven for guests to use.

Awesome if you are going to Tokyo Disney. They had a lot of shuttles available before and after park opening - I believe as early as 6:30am and as late as 9:27pm.

An excellent place to stay for anyone planning on visiting Tokyo Disneyland / Disneysea. They offer a free shuttle service between the parks and the hotel. The downside is that the shuttle buses stop quite far away from the park entrance - be prepared to walk at least 15+ minutes, and the shuttles are not as frequent as one would like. For those driving or going by car, it's an ideal place - about 15 min drive to the Disney Parks. However, do note that the car park is not free - there is a charge. Full price on the first day, and 50% on subsequent days

Great stay, would be great for families.

In general, the property is very nice. Clean, no noise, and it provides a shuttle to and from Disneyland and Sea at different times throughout the day. A short walk away from the bay itself for a lovely scenic walk. However, I can't give it 5 stars as the breakfast was really disappointing. It's just a Bento box (presumably made in house, but even so) and a small drink. Other than that, it's a really nice place to stay and you'll get your money's worth.

nice hotel and the staff are very kind. Just a bit far but they have a shuttle bus to the closest subway/train station. They should also provide a shuttle bus from the subway to the hotel.

Quite, transportation

Compared to downtown hotels, these are much better if you are familiar with how to commute using the public transit system. These outskirt hotels are more remote, but are much more spacious and are about twice the size allowing for quad-occupancy. The other two beds take form as bunk beds, but it's better than having to book two rooms and splitting a kid with each parent if you have little ones. We booked La'gent because they provided their own shuttle buses to Tokyo Disney. The hotel is about 30 minutes away, but it's somehow a Disney hotel nonetheless. The first shuttle leaves at 06:30 and the park opens at 09:00, so if you catch that shuttle, you're waiting 2 hours for the gates to open. The shuttles leave every half hour on the hour after that and the last shuttle from Disney Sea back to the hotel is at 21:30, 30 minutes after the park closes. We caught the 2 bus in the morning and arrive at the park around 7:30. When we joined the queue to wait for the park entrance to open, there were at least 1000 people already there ahead of us, and it's a regular Thursday in June. This is the last week of school for most and there were no students, just locals and tourists. NUTS!!! Back to the hotel. La'gent doesn't have a restaurant on site, but they do have vending machines. The selection for food is quite poor, and the selection of drinks is pretty standard with water coffee juices and energy drinks. Prices are higher here than at the airport. They have shuttle bus for Shin-urayasu station, Tokyo Disneyland and Disney Sea from hotel. I love their wash machine with dryer. You don't need to buy detergent, its auto washing with soap and dry. They have free drinks afternoon. The room was small if you have big luggages.
