This area really surprised me. It is remote but is beautiful! The resort is very old and needs a good cleaning. The entrance area had a mouldy smell, but the room were VERY big and clean!! Lots of room and liked the decor. I did like the private onsen, but it was not what I expected. It was more of a tube outside on your deck. I was expecting continuous hot water flow like in the public onsen.

フロントのスタッフやお部屋担当者の対応が教育不足だと感じた　その反面レストランのスタッフはみんな感じが良かった湯はいい湯だろうが風呂全体はあまり「いい👍」とは思わなかった　私たちはリピートな無いと思う

ペット同伴の部屋だったので、ソファーのクッションが破れていたり、クッションの座り心地が悪かったのが残念でした。ペット用の備品などは、色々、揃えて頂き、助かりました。

床は、だいぶ前から傷ついたと思われるところが2カ所ほどあり、養生テープで貼り付けてるだけ。クローゼットの扉にも穴があいてる。屋外の露天風呂の床には、苔が生えてるし、避難梯子はエアコンの室外機ですぐに開けられない。とどめは、木造で一部増築した違反建物。ホテルの周りも何もなし。

ペット可のホテルだからこそかもしれませんが、座椅子のクッションを持ち上げたところ動物の毛が非常に沢山あったのでもう少し清掃を頑張ってほしいなと思いました。
