Lodge Oka

Large lodge within short walking distance of Prince Gondola number 2. My group of 5 stayed in for 2 nights. We had 2 tatami rooms with the wall divider separated to make the room 1 large room. Sleeping arangements were Futons on the floor which we had to unfold and prepare ourselves, but everything was provided in the cupboards. Sinks, toilets are shared with everyone on the same floor but there is plenty to go around for everyone. There is also a mens only and womens only communal bath on the 1st floor. The rooms were dated but had everything we needed, plenty of heating, an air purifier, TV, good WiFi and plenty of space to hang clothes up. One of my friends did comment on a bug, but it didn't bother him and I didn't see any myself. The rooms had bug spray available for use. The place is old and your in the mountains, so I think the odd bug here is to be expected. The manager who I believe is Chinese but speaks fluent Japanese was very kind to my group and I during our stay. She was the only employee we saw. Infact, when we arrived the whole Lodge was dark and quiet, but the doors were open, which was kind of a surreal experience, but our room key had already been left on the front counter, so there was no need to wait for her to check us in. Parking cost 500yen a night. Keep your expectations in check. This place is dated but perfectly comfortable for those on a budget. It's in a good location and the owner was kind and helpful. She may not speak Eng though.

If you ever want decent lodging near Naeba. Do not stay here. The staff are extremely rude and the place is old and smells bad. It advertises smoke free but there is a strong stench of cigarette smoke. Watch out for the false advertising on their booking sites. They don’t valet and they charge you for parking your vehicles. Did I mention bugs. There were some bugs in the room and when you catch them and somehow kill the bug, it leaves a foul stench! Overall I wouldn’t stay here again for health and hygiene concerns.

Nice staff but killed 3 good size bugs and the wall paper was pealing off the sealing. Also, only one electrical outlet in the room that's needed to run the heater. So, you end up in a cold bedroom if you want to recharge your phone.

そこそこに清潔で必要最低限、といった感じ。恐らく中国系の方が運営している。多くは求めない自分にとっては満足でした。また利用します。

Not helpful to tourist, cannot reach the basic service standard a hotel ought to provide to tourist!

オーナーが日本語があまり話せない

部屋の臭いがきつかった。

大浴場の清潔感がなかった。 壁が薄かった。 トイレの暖房が効いてなくて寒かった。

施設のスタッフさんも親切でしたし、よかったです！ 電子レンジが各部屋にあればもっと良かったかなと思いました！

お風呂天井から虫が落ちてくるわ。 アメニティ欄にバス用品と書いてあったのに結果全て有料（リンスインシャンプーとボディソープは無料） 万が一に備えてシャンプー類、タオル類、歯ブラシ、寝巻きは持っていったから良かったですが 浴衣すらレンタルにお金掛かります。 ただ東南アジア系のホテルのスタッフさんはとてもいい方でした🙃✨

夕食がとても美味しかったです。館内は独特の匂いと雰囲気に包まれていますが、スタッフの方々が優しくて、とても心地よかったです。駐車場料金は500円かかります。雪かきがされていなく、車を出すのに手こずってしまいましたが、それ以外は料金も安く、満足しました。

設備雖略舊 但員工服務良好

受付も運営も中国人しかいない。 お客も中国人。日本的なキチンとしたサービスは期待できない

住宿地方與滑雪場有點距離，但住宿員工很樂意接載旅客往，很好。另外亦提供滑雪折扣券及滑雪裝備租借服務，很方便，員工服務也很好。 只是有點不滿意是房間電視機不能操作及在浴室開花灑要很久才能有熱水。 整體住宿服務滿意。

爽快的民宿老闆,住客都有台灣，中國，香港，日本人 喜歡與人交流的好地方，價錢亦合理， 距離滑雪場亦不遠｡住客購買雪票亦有優惠，可租的雪具護具一應俱全。

フロントスタッフ、滞在客、ほぼすべて大陸の人達の宿でした。日本語は女将しか通じないです。私は偏見は全くないし、大陸の人たちも礼儀正しい方々でしたので、快適に過ごせました。いやむしろ面白かったくらいです。中華人民民宿の趣ですが、食事はバリ和食で、朝食1000で利用できます。私は素泊まりでしたけど・・・。レンタルスキーを格安で利用しました。リフト券も宿泊割引が使えました。女将のご母堂様がいい味出してます。ホテルの設備などは昭和仕様ですが、清掃も行き届いていて快適です。料金も苗場エリアにしてはリーズナブルでしたので、また利用してみたいと考えています。
