This is a very comfortable hotel on Disney are. The attention of the staff is excellent and best on the restaurant. Even it is buffet service, all the staff was very attentive and helpful. From the captain to the waiters, were checking that you get a great experience.

What a great stay! Great location, the shuttle options were perfect. The shuttle itself was the absolute cutest! We used the market at the hotel multiple times per day. Loved the Disney store too!

Very nice room and very convenient to Disneyland. Easy access by bus to station and then take the monorail to each park. Rooms were nice and larger than most rooms in Japan. Staff was amazing and so nice.

We had a wonderful time. The staff were lovely and helped celebrate my son’s birthday and even left him a note on his bed. Close to the parks with easy shuttle buses. Highly recommend

The hotel had a great location with shuttle service to Maihama station which you can walk to Tokyo Disneyland and take another train to Tokyo Disney Sea. The room accommodated two adults and two teenagers. The room was very clean although it’s an older hotel. They provide Japanese pajamas and slippers for you to use. Unfortunately, there is no swimming pool, which we are used to in the US when you go to a hotel. The staff were very pleasant and friendly. They tried to help even when they spoke a little English. There was a little convenient store, shop, and a restaurant.
