The location is very close to Ginza 6 and many luxury brand stores are just walking distance. The ambiance of the room is very good and warm, the bed and pillow make me feel at home! Mitsui is the best hotel at Ginza!

I always had a pleasant stay at this hotel, the location was amazing in the main street of Ginza. Plenty of coffee shops and kombini around there. And if you holiday with a family of 3, you can choose a triple corner room.

Very strategic place to stay if you are roaming in ginza area. The hotel located on just the outside of higashi-ginza line, just need to talk 5 minute walk to arrive at the hotel. The room is clean, big enough for japanese standard, the bathroom is quite large, with bath tub and shower. Definitely will stay if going to tokyo again

Among other things, the hotel is very well located in Chuo/Ginza with at least two metro stations very close, a couple of convenience stores at a walking distance, shopping centers and several restaurants. The staff is so gentle and helpful all the time. The breakfast is OK, but I can’t complain about it, I didn’t have any problems to eat a good meal in the morning. I recommend it!! Clean, and even when my room was facing the street I could sleep perfectly, there’s no disturbing noise. I had a nice time in Tokyo, and if I come I will definitely stay there.

As soon as we got out of our Uber, we were greeted by the friendly staff. The hotel lobby smelled nice. The room was small but we loved that the toilet, sink and the shower/tub combo were separate and clean. The hotel is close to a train station and to shopping! Will stay here again.

Loved the proximity to the train stations. The room was clean and had sufficient space for 2 people with 2 carry on and 2 checked in luggage. The front desk was very friendly as well! It was my and my friend's first time in Japan and this hotel did not disappoint. We stayed here for 7 nights and would stay here again :)
