Minn Kanazawa

Loved our stay! I was traveling with children and our 2 bedroom was plenty of space. Plenty of food options within walking distance. Kanazawa station is 15-20 minute walk.

Check-in was very complicated, the reception was not pleasant, the cleaning was quite poor, and someone entered my room and took a cream from my suitcase.

Small space, not many amenities, bed set up not great compared to other hotels, tiny kitchen option

Wonderful stay

Large, pleasant room. Very central location.

The room sizes were excellent and I liked the semi-traditional beds. The hotel is less modern than some but it has a great location and friendly staff.

Interesting stay. The room itself was great. We stayed in an executive multi bed. But there is no interaction from staff at all. Even checking in, they have someone on reception but they basically direct you to scan a QR code then do it all online. What they should do is maybe put a couple of robots at reception and add a novelty factor for what would be the same level of service.

Super clean and spacious and within walking distance to most things

We had a family suite & it was excellent. Two bedrooms. Large western bathroom with spa bath. Sitting area which was spacious. Two toilets. Washer/dryer in room. Absolutely excellent, best hotel of our trip. Supreme location near everything. Would stay again in a heart beat.

Fast response to requests and needs. Friendly Staff.

I enjoyed the room, location, amenities and the cosiness. The only downside for me was finding the hotel parking, which is a bit far and not signed well, so potential improvement here.

Great location. Easy to check in and check out. Friendly staff (although they don’t have someone 24-7 in the front desk). Bed is in the floor but comfy. Good price for stay.

Really clean place . Super quiet and easy access from shinjo station . Near many walkable attractions

Excellent location, Omicho Market and Kenroku-en are within walking distance. Check in procedure is smooth, room is very spacious with cool Japanese theme design with great amenities, very clean and comfortable futons. We highly recommended it!

Our rooms were beautiful and excellently appointed. The bathroom was incredibly modern and fabulous-truly over the top.

Clean and well appointed. Luggage storage before check-in was also much appreciated, Location was very good too. Would definitely stay here again! ... but am somewhat wary of their reservations processes. On-site staff was absolutely wonderful! Did what they could to recover from reservation mishaps. Reservations notified us several days in advance that the washer/dryer in one of the rooms needed repairs and would not be available for our reserved nights. Disappointed, as it was a main reason for selecting that reservation. As compensation they offered use of public laundry on different floor and also offered an hour later check out on our last morning, though we did make them aware we were checking out early anyway and so no benefit for us. We requested multiple times to have the two rooms close together- especially since only one room would have a working washer/dryer. Upon checking in, the two rooms turned out to be on different floors. To get a second room close to the room with the working washer and dryer, we ended up taking a room downgrade, with no compensation offered. Reservations also requested to communicate outside of Expedia portal, which seemed odd compared with other reservations made via Expedia.
