Was really impressed with this hotel. Staff were all exceptional. The rooms were really clean. Location was also great. The restaurant meal and breakfasts were really good!! The staff went above and beyond to make my partners birthday celebration feel great - with little touches in the room and just general warmth of all the staff. Make sure you rent a car if staying here - not too many local restaurants - but perfect base to explore the island.

Great quality of the Bay View Villa and outstanding food at the restaurant - would highly recommend having a kaiseki dinner.

The staff were accommodating and incredible. The do not miss a beat and go above and beyond for guests. The island has a Caribbean vibe but feels much safer and the on-site food is excellent.

スタッフの全ての皆さんの心遣いありがとうございました。空港まで送って頂いた方から、現地の話を聞けて嬉しかったです。無計画でやってきた私に、とても心地良く対応して頂けました。清潔でアメニティも良く、良い香りのする、おしゃれな落ち着く部屋でした。窓から見える景色は海の青とお庭の緑で絵画のよう！お食事も美味しく全て素晴らしい！一つ難があるとするなら、部屋やホテルから出たくなくなるので、奄美観光が疎かになります。のんびり過ごしたい方にお勧めです。

Amazing place to stay! Beach was beautiful and easily accessible. Our room felt brand new and so clean. Pool was warm and had a great view. Lighting in room was cozy and intentional. Bathroom was nice. Room felt very private. Staff was so friendly and very helpful.

客室、スタッフの対応、食事、プライベートビーチへのアクセスなどは申し分ない。またミニバーの値段もビール１缶350円、ハーフボトルのワイン1,500円などリーズナブル。利用しなかったがランドリーもあるので、長期滞在や家族旅行、海に入った後の洗濯ができるのは便利。ロケーションは人里離れているためコンビニなどはない。その分夜は晴れれば満点の星空が楽しめる。

レンタカーのナビを頼りに伺いましたが、到着までの道に案内看板がなく、道に迷いました。夜は街灯もなく真っ暗で道幅も狭いです。バルコニーの外風呂からの眺めが最高で、とても気持ちよかったです。お食事も美味しく洗練されています。洗濯機と乾燥機が無料でした。ちょっとした心使いですが、嬉しかったです。スタッフの方々の対応も気持ちよく、大満足の旅行になりました。ありがとうございました。
