Scenic city view from lobby and our room. 8-10 mins walk to both Shimbashi & Ginza station. Very convenient location! Just in front of donq , short walk to konbinis and stores. Great coffee just 1 min walk from the hotel ! And discover 2 halal eateries just around the corner

Location is great. 2 blocks from the main shopping street and a 10 min walk from Shimbashi. Lobby is beautiful, 22nd floor with great views all around. We got a room with 3 queen beds. It was all bed. Not even room to open a full size suitcase on the ground. Not terrible because we weren’t in the room much but be aware. Bathroom was small but clean and new. Furniture needs to be replaced through. Couch and chair had stains. Overall, great lobby, great location, great breakfast, great staff. But the rooms are really small and need new or cleaned furniture.

Nothing, and I truly mean nothing, fell short of exceptional. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was warmly greeted and escorted up to the lobby. The check-in staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive. When they learned it was my birthday, they surprised me with a complimentary gift, which made the experience feel even more special. The room offered a completely breathtaking view, and the daily breakfast was superb. Housekeeping was consistent and thorough, and the location was perfect, right in the heart of everything, making it easy to walk wherever I needed to go. For my first trip to Japan, choosing this hotel was absolutely the right decision. If I had the chance to do it all over again, I wouldn’t hesitate for a second. I highly recommend this hotel, you will not be disappointed.

Typical smallish Japanese rooms but everything was crisp and clean, included PJ's for you to use. Had humidifiers in room if you choose to fire them up. Ironing stuff too along with standard coffee maker. Bathrooms were clean and very functional with both small tub and stand up shower. Breakfast was included for extra $$. Buffet style so many, many choices to make you happy with that. Location was great with easy, under 5 min walk to subway, depending on which subway line you wanted. Tons of restaurants and of course, 7/11 stores everywhere. Tokyo commercial fish market has relocated, but there is still a wonderful left behind area that is only a 15 min walk away - well worth going to.
