It's a convenient place, the room is large and the staff is nice. I would have appreciated more equipement in the room (dishes, stand for towels...)

The hotel is very close to the beach and you can see the ocean from the balcony. A little at least :) The reception is only available after 3pm unfortunately. Kitchen utensils are not included and you need to rent them for ¥1000 a day. That’s a bit much. We stayed at other Mr. Kinjo Hotels and this had the lowest standards overall. All in all we got a good value for the money. If your primary criteria is close to the beach, we can recommend the hotel.

top standard, Japanese style apartment! Feeling lazy, and just want to pick up some food from Family mart? No worries! the apartment is fully prepared with a magical microwave that makes the FM food taste even better then restaurant food! Very friendly lady working by the counter and is trying so hard to help us! even if english gets in the way! would definitely come back to warm our bums on the super comfortable toilets with seat heater and tunes!

The service was excellent, the room was clean and in good condition. The only negative thing was the room smelt musky/moldy. I had to sleep with the balcony door open.

The room was clean and comfortable. No daily maid service unless requested for a small fee. Nice room.

The property was a bit out of the way from the monorail and shopping street, but the room was spacious and the staff were friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.

One of the best hotel that I stayed in Japan. Didn't expect my room to be this big. The only downside is abit far from the station. Expect 15min walk to station. Room: Super clean !! Movie channels Near supermart and Family Mart 15min away from Kokusai Dori by walk Fridge and freezer !! Toiletries is great ! I usually bring my own by the one they provided is really good. The reception and cleaners was very nice. They gave us a free umbrella when we check out and ask us if we needed a taxi. Really nice people !!! Thank you!!! Will come again in my next visit !

場所は風俗街 スタッフは基本いないものと一緒 チェックインのときのみ 洗濯乾燥機は全然乾燥しない、 2回延長したけど乾かなくて諦めた

駐車場代か600円と聞いてたものの24時間過ぎると高くなる。

Después de la primera estadía de 5 noches y hacer una reclamación nada mejoró ya que no es un hotel. Y no hay vajillas, ni platos, ni artículos de limpieza. El microondas sucio o quemado, las paredes en mal estado y los suelos con machas sumado a la papelera mugrosa. No es un Hotel no lo promocionen ni publiquen como hotel ya que no hacen servicio de limpieza (tienen un cargo de 1000 yenes y las sábanas también 1000 yenes.

4 días antes Hoteles.com contacto por el email que recibí con los los precios por limpiar y sábanas limpias. Nunca respondieron. Al llegar, pregunto y me dice que no hay ningún servicio, no es hotel. Habiendo cocina no había nada para usarla (ni platos, vasos, cubiertos, ollas etc.) De la limpieza tengo fotos terribles de manchas en almohadas, nórdicos y partes de la habitación rota y poco limpia. Al pedir cuchillo nos dan cuchilla y con óxido. La lavadora del laundry llena de pelusa y un bastoncillo. La primera habitación olía a cigarro . Esta es la segunda.
