My family was able to check in a little early, which was great. The hotel is close to the station, the price is not high, and it's the best. I'd like to stay here again when I go to Japan. This is my second time staying at this hotel.

The largest room we had during our visit in Japan. The staffs were very friendly and attentive. Near subway station and Shin-Osaka station. Standard amenities are available. Very clean room. Will be back to this hotel certainly...

It is literally across the street from where the trains are at. Easy to get to and from the hotel to the train station. The perfect location and a nice sizes room. We had two beds, a sofa along the wall, and a small dinning table. Loved it!!

Hotel is about 5 to 10 minutes from Shin-Osaka central gate, and few steps from Osaka metro station. It is now my favorite hotel because of its location. Very safe, clean and quiet. My room was spacious for Japanese standards.

Service was fantastic, clean, room was ideal for a solo trip. Enough room to store luggage. Plenty of amenities in the room If you’ve forgotten anything. Ideally located for Shinkansen at a 5 minute walk if you come out of the central exit.

The hotel seems very old but nicely renovated with very modern bathroom and furnishings, except bidet was earlier version and no towel racks or holders. I would suggest putting a pole bar under the sink so at least to hang hand towels. Breakfast was very good. Unfortunately, we wanted to eat dinner in the restaurant but was closed. Next door to the hotel was an excellent izakaya-style restaurant and the food was excellent but they supposedly ran out of maguro and sashimi. The staff in hotel and restaurant were very friendly and helpful. The train station is about a 5 minute walk.

we stayed here different times in different rooms. couple rooms with newer renovation were good but one was old and seemed torn out. Breakfast menu is the same everyday. taste and variety just average. you need to carry luggage up or down for one floor, depends on the time you check in or out as it has only one escalator to take you to the lobby, which runs one direction, either up or down during daytime or evening.

It's ok for a 3 star hotel for the price and the room. Noises can still be heard from neighboring rooms and corridor pathways. Location is near exit 7 of Shin Osaka Midosuji Line which is probably 5 mins walk away. There's a 7 eleven and vending machines nearby and Family Mart across the street.

It was an impromptu reservation but the price and high reviews were a great help while looking for a place to crash as close as possible for my shinkanzen. The hotel appears to be recently renovated and has a stylish interior. Rooms are nice and the bathroom seemed nice condition as well. I was mainly in my room the entire time due to heat exhaustion and travel anxiety, but it was comfortable. The staff were also super kind and very approachable. It was also very quiet in my room, so it was greatly appreciated that other guests were hard to hear if at all. Highly recommend

Very close to Shin Osaka station. So, easy Metro (Midosuji Line) access, plus the station has many eating options. Even though railways and expressway are close, and the hotel is under an Itami flight path, noise was not bad. I left Do Not Disturb on my door. Oddly, housekeeping left me a bag of clean towels, tissue, tea, etc. on my door each day.

New Osaka is a very basic hotel. One of the unfortunate aspects is that the entrance has only one escalator going up, but if you happen to enter the back entrance, you need to carry your suitcase up the stairs bc that escalator only goes down. We stayed there at the beginning and end of our trip and had two different rooms. Our end of trip room was larger but we noticed there was no hand soap. We only stayed at this hotel bc we were traveling from and to Shin-Osaka Station.

New Osaka is a very basic hotel. I found some things quite unusual - no hand soap at sink, escalators go only one way so when checking out, you need to take the escalator going down and take a longer route to the train station, no ice machine so you need to go to a nearby 7-11. Japanese and western breakfast sets were good, but you have to decide upon check in.
