Nice location, easy transportation and next to a very lively area, tons of dining/shopping options. Room is tiny. Plenty of washer/dryer in the laundry room. The building is right by the street, but we didn’t hear any noise at night. Smart TV in the room is a nice touch, we were able to watch Harry Potter on Netflix, which is not available in the U.S.

This is an amazing hotel. Really impressed with the hotel condition and service. I put do not disturb for the whole stay but the hotel hang the fresh towel and water bottles everyday in front of the door.. this is a very nice gesture. The area is quiet but very convenient, near to Sakae shopping district with walkable around 8’ walk. Just beside the hotel there’s 7eleven too. I will be back to this hotel for sure.

Nagoya is not a touristic city and the staff has no information about restaurants, a map with interesting places to go. I suggest also to have the address in Japanese characters for the taxi.

We liked the friendly staff and the clean hotel and rooms. The breakfast buffet offered a good selection of Japanese and Western food. The location is close by the subway and a popular restaurant/shopping district. This was my first time using a public bath, and I found the experience relaxing. The hotel offers 1 large hot water pool indoors and 2 smaller pools outside. The locker room area offers free water and other amenities to make the experience comfortable.

Location was convenient, thats it. The bathroom was dirty n there were hairs in bathrub. Average hotel for average price.

Quiet area but strategically located. Easy to get around and nearest train station is just 2minutes away. Highly recommended and i would definitely stay in this hotel again when in Nagoya

I usually don't review hotels but Nishitetsu Hotel Croom exceeded my expectations. The property is located conventiently next to Hisayaodori station, with the station entrance on the corner of the block. Front desk staff speak english, making check in easy. I booked a double room non smoking with rainhead shower. The room itself is very spacious by Japan standards, with a great open layout that can easily accomodate 2 people. The toilet and shower are in seperate rooms which I prefer. The power sockets have enough space to fit a travel adaper plug (unlike other hotels I've stayed at) and most of the room lights are controllable via the panel next to the bed. The tv offers on demand (paid) movies, facility information (Laundry status etc), and area information. On arrival, there were bottles of water in the room which I appreciate. The hotel has a public bath which is nice but I didn't end up using. There is a 7 Eleven also conventietly located next door. My only critiques are the floor being a little stained (but otherwise the room was very clean), not much space in front of the toilet, the washing machines frequently being unavailable due to use by other customers (wash/dry cycle takes 2 hours, 4 machines for both genders, 2 for exclusively for female), and the bed side table and bin being a little small. Check out is easy with a self serve machine. I will definitely be staying here again next time I am in Nagoya. Thanks.

I have never disappointed Nishitetsu hotels

The hotel staff was very nice. They had good recommendations for food but ended up going with a burger joint nearby. Hotel was clean and the room was good for our trip to Ghibli park.

Hotel - clean and comfortable. Near a train station. Breakfast- not so many protein options

Third time I've stayed there. Always come back here for my holidays from Australia. Beautiful bath. Highlight
