Hotel is only five years old so it’s still clean. Room has small kitchen with all the utensils. Close to train station and the bus stop for the Haneda Airport. There are small supermarket and restaurant which is really handy. Only negative point is reception staff. Cleaning staff has more smiles and better attitude. They should learn proper “Keigo” Japanese as some staff was so rude!!

Another outstanding stay at this property, and my third time here too! Was given a bay view room overlooking the Yokohama Bay Bridge, which was a nice change. Everything was totally top-notch, as usual, with the LINCOS supermarket conveniences and Bashamichi Station located just below the property.
I do hope to come back again the next time I come to eastern Japan! Thank you, again, Oakwood Suites Yokohama! You have always done me proud, and I'm glad to have chosen this property!

Having upgraded to a one bedroom suite we weren’t disappointed it was incredibly spacious and well appointed with a great view over Yokohama. The room came with everything you could need for a couple it might have been nice to have a few extra items as we had our son travelling with us and he had to bring utensils from his suite to eat with us. The only other minor issue we had was Prime Video wasn’t amongst the streaming options on the TV.

The hotel was easy to find. The room was very spacious and modern. The view was amazing and there were lots of shopping in the area. There were restaurants in the building. It was walkable to Chinatown. There was a convenience store right downstairs with reasonable prices.

It was a apartment and had a grocery store on the ground floor for easy shopping. Having the washer dryer combo was fantastic before getting on our cruise ship. Great area, alot to explore by foot from this location. Open balcony at 600+ ft.

I love that the lobby was on the 46th floor with amazing views. My room came with balcony, washer/dryer and kitchen with everything I’d need. Front desk was kinda and courteous and very helpful.
