Very clean hotel with friendly staff was within walking distance of Akihabara station. Low-cost washer/dryer were convenient.

This was our first hotel in Japan. We we were welcomed with the utmost respect and kindness. Tanikawa San was super nice and always helpful. He answered all of our questions always with a smile on his face, and if he did not know how to say it in English, he would use his phone interpreter, which made our communication easy. I cannot stress enough how great the service was for us. I wish we had stayed there longer.
The location was great too. Very close to Akihabara and to the train. Lots of eating and convenience stores nearby. The rooms are small which is normal for many Japanese hotels, but it does not matter because the service is amazing. Would definitely stay there again.

As to be expected in Tokyo the room is very small. The pillow provided is not comfortable and neither is the mattress. I woke up each morning with vibrant neck and back pain.

This is a great location for getting on the skytrain and other transit lines. Quiet area. Good coffee shops near by and lots of great restaurants.

The location was great however, the washroom was very small. Even compared to Apa hotel's washroom, this one was smaller. The reception is on the 2nd floor and the elvator always stops there which starts getting a little annoying after a few times. The receptionist was very friendly however. And they even checked us in early at 11am without us even asking with no extra fees.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The facilities are great and clean. They even included a handwritten note and a small origami rabbit for me in the room. It’s was heartwarming. Definitely will stay in this hotel again if I go to Tokyo again.

Great location to Akihabara street, not too far from the Yamanote line. Konbini all around as well as late night spots. Clean and prompt. Hotel lobby is in the 2nd floor, don't get thrown off guard like I did

Lobby on second floor. Washing machines on first floor near entrance.
Arrived late and had difficulty using the check in machine. Staff member showed up after about 10 minutes to assist.
Room was small but functional.
Area has lots of restaurants and shopping. Convenience store is open next door to hotel.

I had a great time staying here for 9 nights. The area is very convenient and while there was construction in the building right next to the hotel, I did not hear any noise during the evening so it did not affect my sleep at all.
The location is a short walk away from the Tokyo Metro line and the JR line, making it super easy to get around town. It is also just a short walk away from areas such as Akihabara, Ameyoko Shopping Street and Ueno Park.
While the room was a bit smaller than other places I have stayed in Tokyo, I was still able to open my check luggage (clamshell style) completely. Overall, I was quite happy with my stay here and would visit again.

Apart from the cigarette smoke on the 2nd floor, because of the smoking room - the hotel is clean, comfortable and perfect. We will certainly reserve here again as it is so convenient to shopping, food and metro. The staff is very friendly, helpful and attentive.
