Hotel in a great location, fairly close to a monorail station, making it very easy to get to from the airport. It is very close to koksai street. The rooms are spacious and the bed is excellent. There is an excellent spa too that made recovery from the days activities much easier. Additionally, there's a family mart nearby.

Thank you for the hospitality. I had a comfortable stay. Our room was at the top floor and was very quiet. It was furnished with everything that I needed. Staff was very courteous and helpful. They gave me coupons so I used them to pay for parking. Valet parking is definitely a plus. Also walking distance to kokusa dori shopping street and many good restaurants. Recommend this lovely hotel to coworkers as well.

Staff were super friendly and super helpful! The rooms were spacious (for Japan) and they cleaned often. Breakfast buffet was delicious, and overall a really great experience. Would book again if I ever go back!

We were impressed with our stay 2 years ago, so rebooked recently. This time, the facilities are starting to show some wear. Public places were okay, but rooms were a little lacking. We got slightly different rooms this time, and that might have been part of the issue (beds were basically futons on elevated platforms, so a little stiff). Some dampness felt in the room even though a humidifier was present - this is an island issue, but noticeable this time. Staff was friendly and helpful as last time. Food, not quite as good, and no longer worth what they charge for it. There are plenty of better options nearby, as well as many other nearby hotels' own offering of a buffet breakfast. Price is still good compared to other nearby hotels, but it has crept up as well.

The hotel itself was nice, it bothered me that I had to pay for every amenity. If we wanted breakfast we had to pay, pay for laundry, pay for laundry soap, pay for water, pay for an extra towel, it was just a very stingy place. What bothered me most was the Air conditioning and light in my room. I am pretty sure the room never got below 78° Fahrenheit despite having it at the coldest setting the entire time. Also the lights would occasionally stop working, the bathroom light went super dim while I was showering to the point you wouldn't know it was on unless you were looking at it and the lights in the main part of the room wouldn't turn on at all at one point. It was sporadic and strange. Overall just not a great experience. Also you have to pay for the spa/onsen. I understand paying for spa services but paying for an onsen that you advertise as being part of the hotel isn't a good look.
