It's a huge hotel Japanese style with spa. The meals are buffet style with a wide variety of dishes and a gas cooker on the table. Price/value is great but if you dislike big crowds, then this is not the place for you.

Every thing was perfect except that the hotel is kind of old and room may already need renovations to make it look modern and luxurious. The room is spacious but lacks electrical outlets close to bed for the phone and other gadgets and lighting for sleeping.

こども用のベヒーカーありますか？と　フロントに聞いたのですが　　3個しか準備してないので　早い者勝ちです。と言われました～行って　ベヒーカー無かったら無理なので　持っていき　持ち上げて階段をおりました。他の人をみると　小さい子がいる家族は抱っこした状態でごはんを食べてました。

食事は美味しく頂きました館内の空調設備が最悪で移動の際暑すぎました就寝のときお布団ですが夏も冬も同じ掛け布団を使用するのか暑すぎて使用した３人共ほとんど眠れませんでした少しはお客様の事を気遣っていただけたらと思います。

①車がないと行けない場所。 ②オーシャンビューが施設から味わえる場所にある。部屋からもバルコニーから景色味わえる部屋を選べば見れる。 ③温泉は、日で男女入れ替わりでエントランス入り口が左右変わる。 ④クレーンゲームは、アーム力無さすぎ景品は、ドラえもん、クマモン、絶対取れない。取らせる気がない詐欺レベル。 ⑤カラオケ、卓球、マッサージ機、パソコン、マンガ、子ども遊具あります。 ⑥部屋は、ソファー下やベッド下は、清掃していないと思う。お菓子のくず、ホコリが見受けられた。 ⑦バイキングは、魚、肉、野菜、デザート、汁、ご飯、カレー、いろいろある。

食事や大浴場について不満はありませんが部屋のテーブルや床が埃だらけで入室してすぐにフロントに連絡しました。すぐに年配の女性の方に来て掃除をして頂いたのですが清潔感についてはイマイチでした。

愉快リゾートへの宿泊は初めてだったので、サービスについては他の愉快リゾートとは比較できないが、自分たちはターゲットではなかったと感じた。駐車場:敷地内にあるが、早めに停めないとフロントから離れたところしかなく、舗装されていないところもあるので、雨の日は注意エレベーター:別館もあるのに2台しかない。コロナの影響で4人しか乗れず、混んでて最悪大浴場:塩素臭く、しかも部屋から遠くて湯冷めした部屋:ツインに泊まったが、フロントからもお風呂からも遠く、部屋に風呂もついていないので最悪。しかも大浴場が覗ける角度だった。ベランダの柵も低く、安全対策が取られていない食事:マナーが悪く、コロナ対策も適当だった。子どもたちが走り回って料理をこぼし、食べ残しもたくさん出ていて悲しくなったサービス:卓球やカラオケや漫画がフリーサービスなのは良いが、予約が取れなかったり、予約がキャンセルされているかわからないのがダメ総合:すべて客に任せて、ホテルとして一切サービスしていない。自分たちで好き勝手するには良いが、ゆっくりしたい、サービスを請けたい人には不向きです。とはいえ、平戸には選択肢が少ないのでどうしようもないかもしれない。
