很好的溫泉飯店，雖然不是新飯店可是維持的很好！包早晚餐，選擇性很多！溫泉不錯~入住當天人不多，所以泡完湯之後來罐牛奶，可以舒服的用按摩椅！隔天早上剛好遇到下雪~窗外景色也不錯！

フロント、バイキング食事スタッフは対応がとても良かった
部屋のトイレ便座裏が汚れていたしドライヤーコードがグチャグチャになっていた

従業員の方のサービスは非常に良かったです。バイキングも値段を考えれば種類も多く、地域の郷土料理に近いものはおいしかったです。
本館に泊まりましたが、設備が古く機能はしていても、扉の軋みや重みが激しかったり、隣の部屋の声がまる聞こえだったり、空調の強弱がコントロールしにくかったり、相当ストレスを感じました。また、何の臭いかはわかりませんが、部屋は独特の臭いがしました。
交通手段は湯快リゾートの無料送迎バスに限られ、レンタカーが無いと行動は制限されます。特に、チェックアウトの日は乗りたかった送迎バスが満席で、タクシーも捕まらず、相当早く駅に到着する路線バスで移動せざるを得ず、また、路線バスも一番近いバス停の路線は本数が少なく、大人だけならまだしも、子供連れには絶望的な立地です。
行った日はお湯も温度が低く、入っている人のマナーも、騒いだり、ある場所を占領したり、余り良くなかったです。
従業員の方のサービスは非常に良いだけにこのハードウエアのマイナスは相当残念です。

お風呂が広くて気持ち良い。温泉は良く温まり、出た後何時間も足がホカホカしていて、泉質の良さを感じた。
朝食バイキングも種類が豊富で美味しかった。

プレミアムタイプになってからどう変わったのか気になり宿泊
食事に関してはお寿司と自分の席での焼肉にプラスしてバイキングが付いてくるすたみな太郎みたいな感じでした
お寿司はシャリに赤酢を使用しておりネタもよくはないですが以前の湯快リゾートに比べたら良くはなってます
焼肉のお肉に関しては正直あまりよくはなく油だらけだったり、固くて噛みきれなかったりと残念でした
お寿司と焼肉をメインに謳っているからか他のバイキングのメニュー数が少ないのも残念でした
プレミアムタイプでも値段が1番安いところのレベルは前の湯快リゾートとそんなに変わっていないのであまり期待するのは禁物です
食事以外の温泉だったり施設に関しては年季は感じますが綺麗にされていてとてもよかったです
スタッフの方の対応もとてもよかったです
次は同じ湯快リゾートの山中温泉でも少し値段が高いよしのやさんのほうへ泊まってみて同じプレミアムタイプでもどう違うのか体験してみたいと思います

入浴も食事も三部制でした。
お風呂は広いので、ゆったりとできました。
食事はバイキングで、決められた時間より少し遅れて入ったほうが、並ばずに食べ物をとれます（食事の席数は多く、食べ物の補充も十分です）。今回は子供の希望が「バイキング」だったので、初めから旅館でのサービス等を求めていなかったので、全体的には満足です。

掃除の状態がイマイチでしたが我慢できる範囲内。古い建物であり、
値段がリーズナブルナブルなのでまあよしです。家具裏の埃や天井すみの蜘蛛の巣はなくした方が良いですね。
接客は非常に良かったです。食事も美味しかったです。

夕食・朝食付きかつ広い部屋でこの価格なので、非常に満足です。
ただし、送迎バスの予約はHPに要事前予約と記載されていますが、30回以上電話をかけていますが、全くつながる気配(意思)がありません。
緊急事態宣言解除で人不足など調整がきかない事情は分かりますが、非常に不安でしたので、その分だけサービスを減点させていただきました。
そこさえなければ満点です。

建物自体がかなり古いので、部屋の設備はイマイチ(お風呂は入る気になれない感じ…)でした。クーラーももう少し微調整ができるといい。
部屋の広さや部屋からの眺め、食事は満足です。温泉のお湯は熱過ぎたように感じました。
