Great location. Just 2 minutes away from Senso-ji temple. Near convenience store and Asakusa station. The hotel staff were very helpful and kind. The room [is] big enough for 2 adults and 1 child compared to other hotels. Really recommend for [a] family trip. Will come back next time!

Staff is very helpful. Can communicate in English although limited, there were no miscommunications at all. The best part of this hotel is of course the location. Saw lots of families during my stay.

We had a great stay here. We all loved this neighborhood for its quietness yet close to great dining options, shopping options, and the beautiful Sensoji Temple. The hotel was perfect. Coffee shop below had great coffee and the lounge area was great. Plus the rooftop with the SkyTree tower view!! We were near Kappabashi Street, so got in some knife shopping, and we also saw the Asakusa Sumo show. We’d def stay there again!

Great value impeccably clean, modern design and good location close to asakusa and tobu-rail stations. You walk through the senso-ji shrine area to get to the hotel from the station. The area is full of shopping/dining opportunities. The complimentary facial cleansers and toner and face oil were refreshing and high quality

We had a great stay here. We all loved this neighborhood for its quietness yet close to great dining options, shopping options, and the beautiful Sensoji Temple. The hotel was perfect. Coffee shop below had great coffee and the lounge area was great. Plus the rooftop with the SkyTree tower view!! Great place to stay for visiting Asakusa, room was basic but very clean, staff was helpful and breakfast was delicious. About 15 minutes walk to metro and a lot of eating options nearby.

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel, as before the staff were very friendly, helpful and polite. The hotel is excellent,great facilities and fantastic location. The rooms are comfortable, modern,clean, well equipped and cleaned and replenished daily. We wouldn't hesitate to book this hotel again when we visit Tokyo again. Thankyou for another great stay.

A brand new (or newly renovated?) hotel located just north of Sensoji temple. There are nice restaurants and cafes within a few minute walk. The rooms are not big but have good amount of storage space for luggage and clothes. They had free laundry facility as well.

Perfect location to all the highlights of Tokyo. Room very clean, serviced everyday with towels, bottled water, toilet paper and beds made. Free laundry which was perfect. We found the rooms very quiet until our last night when a family with young children arrived and turned their room into a party. Only some staff spoke English which made it difficult at times to receive accurate information, but this seems very common in Japan.

The mattress on the wood frame was too thin making it hard to sleep! Toilet did not have any soap or waste basket. No closet to hang clothes & 1 bar was not sufficient! In shower, nowhere to hang clothes, rack too high!
Staff went out of their way to assist us & them being bilinqual was very helpful! Japanese breakfast was very good! Overall, enjoyable stay!

I really liked the hotel. Amazing location just on the back of senso-ji temple. The room was very spacious and clean. One very helpful detail of the hotel when you travel with kids is the laundry room. Overall I would definitely stay again and recommend the hotel to everyone.

We can warmly recommend this hotel - it was absolutely perfect for us in every way! Great location, walking distance to everything from a beautiful temple, nice shopping streets, restaurants and cafes and the subway station. (And seven elevens and snack shops).
Wonderful staff that helped us in the best way possible with every inquiry.
Great room that had everything we needed, including a small fridge, daily bottles of water, free amenities, schampoo/conditioner/soaps, water kettle, even a self-service mart downstairs. Free access to laundry machines and dryers. As first time visitors to both Tokyo and Japan, the Asakusa area was perfect for us. Traditional strolling areas, yet easy access on the Ginza line to areas like Shibuya and Ginza. We would happily come back to The Other Space Asakusa Hotel - thank you so much!

This is an amazing hotel right behind the Senso-ji temple with an easy entrance to the temple, Hoppy Street, Nakemise Street. You have the entire Asakusa area at your door. The hotel is amazing. A lovely lobby with comfortable places to sit and enjoy a hot tea or coffee. Free washer/dryers for guest to use. The rooms are so perfectly designed however, our bed was like a slab of cement. While I completely recommend this hotel, please be prepared for a mattress far firmer than anything you will find in the US!

Cafe was great as was the little shop for things we forgot. Staff was very friendly. They were able to accommodate 4 people, but the beds were incredibly uncomfortable. They were small pallets on top of wood.
