The entire property was beautiful. It was so peaceful and relaxing, and the food was delicious. I regret not booking more nights for our stay, truely a highlight of our trip.

The staff at this property and surrounding businesses were all extremely helpful! We were first time travelers to Japan with very little Japanese comprehension and the staff were able to communicate well in English. The traditional breakfast and dinner were both very delicious and you can tell the chef and wait staff all enjoy their work very much. Our waitress was extremely understanding of us not being used to the cuisine and was extremely helpful if explaining dishes and the order of things around the hotel. The hot spring outdoor and indoor baths were all very clean and relaxing. The night sky was beautiful from the outdoor rock bath. I can without a shadow of a doubt recommend this location to anyone looking for a more authentic experience of traditional Japan as long as you’re up for a commute through the beautiful countryside and the mountains!!

大浴場の入り口に喫煙所があり、大変臭うので、呼吸を止めて通過した。
脱衣所がホコリだらけで、いつ掃除したかわからない状態。
このコロナ禍において拭き掃除を徹底していない理由がわからない。

リーズナブル無い値段なのに、食事、接客共にとてもいいものでした。
一つ残念なのが、ホテル内での売店が現金のみしか使えない事です。カード利用ができないと困るお客さんもいるはずです。
