Very strategic hotel, right in front of the bus stop, next to there is a coffee shop, opposite there is a 7-11. The distance from the Kyoto Station 1.2 km is actually still strong enough to walk when there are lots of things to bring. Anyway, please note, check-in time is 4. And the rooms are not cleaned because of the guest house system. Most valuable guest house in Kyoto! Will definitely comeback.

The front location of the bus stop is close to the kyoto aquarium so it is quite easy to travel.

We stayed here for 3 nights. Very satisfied with the room & it's facilities. It is clean & very neat, provided with washing machine, heater in the bathroom, stove & sink. Get bus no 205 or 208, it takes 10 minutes to Kyoto Station v.v. & can stop in front of the guest house. Really recommended!

The rooms are clean and comfortable enough. And in front of the hotel exactly there is a bus stop, very helpful.
