근처에 마에사토비치, 맛있는 라멘집, 맥스밸류, 벌스데이, 돈키호테, 모스버거 등 없는게 없습니다. 지난번에 인터컨티넨탈에 묵었었는데 거기보다 가족여행으로 훨씬 좋았어요. 만족도가 너무 높아서 한달살이하러 오고 싶다는 식구도 있었어요. 저흰 3대가 함께하는 여행이었는데 최고의 선택이었습니다. 다만 세탁기가 있는데 세탁세제가 다 떨어져서 그점이 아쉬웠어요 ^^;;

小さいアリが所々にいたがちゃんと対策もされていはるので南国なので仕方ないかと思った。

チェックイン時から不愉快な経験をしました。
①洗濯機上に使用済みバスタオル3枚
②屋外の物干し竿に干したままのタオル1枚
③洗濯機フィルターはゴミ詰まりで砂だらけ。
その不具合を連絡すると、その状況を画像を送れ、と。
事前評価で残置物コメントを拝見しながら、改善されてると思い予約しましたが、誠に残念な体験でした。
【不具合報告】
・玄関インターフォン、壊れてます。
・空気清浄機、壊れてます。
建物は奇麗ですが、監理体制が残念でなりません。

事前にチェックインで鍵の暗証番号がメールで届く仕組みだがメールが時間過ぎても来なかったため大変困った。問い合わせて教えてもらえたが1時間時間をとられた
結果メールは次の日に送られてきた最悪
掃除が出来ておらず不快
特にお風呂はカビがあったり、前に止まった人のものが置きっぱなし状態
寝室は3部屋ある点や立地はまぁ良かったが、、、

利便性が良く概ね快適に滞在することが出来ましたが、ベッドルームのふたつの窓の内ひとつはカーテンがなく朝から日差しが眩しく寝ていられなかった点が残念でした。
また室内スリッパは消毒除菌されているかと思いますが、コロナ禍使い捨てスリッパの方が安心して使用出来るかと思われます。
綺麗に管理されていて、気持ちよく滞在出来ました。

20:30頃到着して、部屋へ入ると前に泊まった方の使ったタオルがそのまま洗面所へ放置してありました。ゴミも紙袋に入れたまま放置、ベッドメイキングもされておらず、4人で宿泊予定でしたが、4人分の新しいタオルも用意されていませんでした。
明らかにおかしいと感じたため、管理業者へ連絡を入れると、謝りもせず「状況を確認してから、改めて連絡します。」とのこと。その後、連絡は来たものの「オーナーの方が掃除をしているはず」と言われました。こちらとしたむ
