The hotel is nice and clean. Staffs are all very helpful too. Plus point for the location since it is close to everywhere you need (public transport station, convenience store, shopping district, you name it).

Great hotel, location just behind the subway station- Hibahashi Ginza station-Asakusa line if I am not mistaken. Newly built, however room size was tokyo standard size, even bigger room size only 15sqm. Please consider for those who bring big luggage. Reception handle customer quite responsive and warm. Bed quality kinda hard, for my liking.

The perfect hotel at a perfect location. The train station in front of the hotel takes you directly to the main areas in Tokyo without switching train lines. Very convenient. The Cafe on the ground floor makes this place a heaven. I love it

This hotel is so conveniently located near trains and especially the fish market. Our only regret is that we purchased the breakfast coupons for the restaurant on the street level but after discovering how close the fish market is (10 min walk) it provided a much more interesting choice of breakfast. Maybe worth repeating, the rooms are very small to US standards but we chose location over extravagant living space. We packed light and took advantage of their washers and dryers.
The staff was amazing, friendly and kind and I would stay again the next time we return to Tokyo.

It was a nice stay. However, we asked the cleaning ladies not to clean our room. They still came in and changed towels and took out garbage when we were not there. My husband was most worried about leaving money there but it was all fine.

Location was fairly close so if you choose to walk to a station, it’s not far. Walkable to many shops and eatery. Safe and convenient area.
Front desk staff was great, friendly and helpful. Rooms clean, housekeeping great. It was a bit smaller than it seemed online but still cozy.

Boutique hotel tucked away around a corner with small shops and friendly restaurants when you walk out the door. Rooms were small, but while appointed with great blackout shades,our view look down a side street. Walking distance from the Metro Station, luxury shopping district and transportation to sites. Coffee and tea in lobby with a small cafe downstairs. No breakfast buffet offered. Friendly excellent staff.

I liked the area but the room was very small. The bathroom was small and the shower wasn't particularly pleasing. I also got a large splinter in my hand while handling the folding table. That was unpleasant.

Everything was great!! Initially they gave us a very small room for 2 people but we asked for a bigger room and they upgraded us free of charge. Samsung staff and very close to shopping and subway stations!!
