Right outside Akihabara train station, joined with a mall. Very convenient and comfy to get to. Earlier check-in and late check-out compared to many places. Good for individuals with small, light luggage.

Very convenient to travel, connected to both JR and Metro stations. In the room there is a massage chair, very comfortable to sit on. In the bathroom there is a chair to sit on and shower. The room size is okay, not too small to be cramped. There is space to open the luggage. The big bed can sleep 2 people comfortably.

Superb stay at remm Akihabara! Great service, friendly staff, very clean and complete amenities. Located next to Akihabara Station and surrounded by delicious cafes and restaurants. Also, the room has a massage chair which functions just so well, for travelers like us, that necessity is very appreciated! Very happy to stay here! 😀

We asked to change to another room, because the bedsheets were dirty, the massage chair had some red stains and the corners of the shower were dirty. The staff was really nice and helpfull and let us choose between two other bedrooms, but sadly both of them were also pretty bad. We chose the one that seemed less dirty. The breakfast was pretty basic, espacially if you stay for more then four days since they have a limited menu. Other then that both the staff and location was amazing.

I couldn’t have been happier with my stay at Remm Akihabara! The location is absolutely perfect—right in the heart of Akihabara, just steps from the station. The room was spotless, smartly designed, and the massage chair after a long day of exploring was a total game-changer. Despite being in such a lively area, it was quiet and comfortable. The staff were efficient and welcoming. For any anime, tech, or city explorer, this place is a dream. Can’t wait to come back!

We had a wonderful stay! The staff was amazing — incredibly helpful, friendly, and kind throughout our trip. The room was a little tight, but it was designed so well that there was plenty of smart storage space for all our things. We especially loved the massage chair in the room and the TV with all the streaming apps available. The location was perfect, right next to the train station, which made getting around so easy. Because of jet lag, we needed things late at night, and the area felt very safe even after midnight. There were plenty of food options, a pharmacy, and a 24-hour 7-Eleven nearby, which was super convenient. Everything was also extremely quiet and VERY clean. We would definitely stay here again!

The room was clean, the AC worked fine, the bed was comfortable (had to ask for another pillow). I was put on the 18th floor and had a view from the bathroom (elevator side). Now I got lucky as the bathroom was roomy enough i could actually fully sit on the toilet (and not scrunch up ).Let me say the room is small, and lose even more space with that tiny massage chair (its fine for Japanese, children and tiny women). But lets be real we stay here because its in Akihabara and less then 2 min walk to (JR) train station. Enjoyed the hotel as i left another one to come here and glad i did.
