remm Akihabara

Very nicely located hotel in Akihabara, near the station and close to Electric Town. Room was very compact, but perfect for me as I travelled solo. I would say the room was overall clean, but had a few spots that needed a bit more attention. Nothing crazy at all though. Bed was comfortable and AC worked well. The massage chair was actually really nice at the end of a busy day! The laundry area was extremely busy when I was there, but I ended up noticing you could monitor the machines on the TV in the room. Staff helped me graciously when I left my room key in the holder in the room. The price was a big draw for me booking this hotel and I would say it was well worth the money spent. I would definitely recommend if you are wanting stay in Akihabara!

Super convenient. You're right on top of the Akihabara central exit. The bus loop for the airport bus is on the other side of the station, so also super convenient. Wifi is so-so. Laundry on site is okay, typical washer dryer sharp combo units that don't dry very well. There are 2 other laundromats in the area...but they're both at least a 12-15min walk...in opposite directions. Room is quite small...but hey, you're not booking this hotel to lounge in your room....right?

Convenient location, massage chair in the room was a nice bonus to have after long days of walking.

A comfortable room with a great view. The area is very convenient and makes it easy to travel around all of Tokyo. Their support to travelers was excellent. Would recommend for a solo traveler or a couple.

The room was tiny, which was as expected. The layout made good use of the space. Nice touch was the HDMI extension cable hanging out the of bottom of TV so you can use it with your laptop. If you put the eco clean sticker on your door they don't actually enter your room but leave bag on a hook outside your door with fresh towels and water etc. Interesting concept that worked for me.

I stayed 4 nights, 5 days. The photos are very deceiving. Our room was extremely tiny, the toilet is 4 steps away from the bed. The room is not well ventilated at all. There was no interaction with staff whatsoever ever, nor was I asked how my stay was when checking out. On two occasions we placed a tag on the door asking to clean the room, this was very decving as they would only place new towels in a. Reusable dirty bag on your door. They do not clean or change sheets and you are expected to throw your rubbish in the corridor. This was so unsightly and the hotel had a very bad smell. For the whole building there are only 4 washing machines that barely hold 3kg, your clothes will still not be dried after multiple payments to the machine. I wouldn’t consider this a hotel at all, it was more a lodging. I would not recommend staying here at all. The photos showed a beautiful view from the room, we had a brick wall as a view the whole time…really disappointing, we traveled a long way and was really looking forward to the view. There’s no real service here. Save your money, and book somewhere else

Can't be beat on location (Akihabara station is less than 30 seconds from the entrance, a 24-hour convenience store is also right there along with many restaurants/shops in/around the same tower), staff is helpful and know sufficient English to answer most questions. No issues with room comfort or cleanliness during my stay.

This is my go-to hotel when I visit Tokyo. Clean rooms with a nice shower that has good water pressure. We especially like the massage chair that is in almost every room, it helps after a long day of walking. The hotel is less than a minute walk from Akihabara Station and has many food and shopping options nearby, no need to take a train. Will continue coming back here.

the room was on the smaller side but the bed was amazingly comfortable and there was a free massage chair. the staff were fantastic - helpful, polite, and friendly. the location so close to the station can't be beat! i'd happily stay again

Convenient modern hotel built directly into Akihabara station. Perfect for hopping directly onto the subway to get anywhere you want.

Cutest room! Location superb, right by the railway station and all the shops. Checkin/out 100% easy. Staff helpful. Room small as expected but WORKS well. Even a little massage chair. Dressing gowns, lots of fresh towels, good power points, kettle, fridge, perfect.
