Location 1 stop from Osaka / Nishi Umeda station. Hotel is just beside Higobashi station, take exit 2. With the same line, you can reach Namba/ Shinsaibashi in 10 minutes. Near hotel you can find Matsuya (yummy and cheap) and Udon restaurants, plus starbuck and 2 minimarts. Hotel itself are clean and tidy. Value for money

The space is just right for the 3 people. Bathroom space just enough for you to move sometimes you will hit the wall for some reason lol. Cleanliness is my main priority. The bed is good for us if other firm isn’t good for them for us just right. 7-11 and restaurant for ramen just around the property and it’s beautiful. We had a great time there.

Clean room with all the expected amenities. Very friendly staff, I’d always get an “ohayo” or “konnichiwa” when walking past. Very convenient location, just 1 stop away from Osaka station, although Osaka is so pleasant that I’d usually just walk 15 minutes instead of taking the train. Definitely recommend to anyone visiting Osaka.

Very very small room when advertised that 4 people can sleep there, what about luggage? No toilets in the hotel including facilities for babies. Location as the best point for this hotel, close from tube and bus stations.. walkable distance to science museum

The pillows weren't as comfortable. They were very stiff. Pretty tight space room. Breakfast did not have alot of variety. Very limited options and overly strict on their timing. We checked out 25 mins late and they charged us a plenty fee for checking out late.

Whenever we would put the clean room sign out our bed was always made messy with the sheets not fully tucked in and the cleaning lady would leave some of her long hair on the on the sheets or in the bath tub/sink

The hotel is in a great area, right next to the station. The staff was very professional and kind. They held onto my bags before check-in time while I explored the area. The room was clean, safe, and small, great for a solo female traveler. The hotel is on the older side, and they have laundry rooms. There is a 7eleven next to it, which makes it easy for luggage delivery service.
