The hotel is in a perfect, highly convenient location with incredibly easy access from the monorail station, making exploring the city a breeze. The rooms were spotlessly clean, modern, and comfortable, providing a great space to relax after a long day. What truly made the experience memorable, however, was the staff. Every team member we encountered was exceptionally helpful, warm, and attentive to our needs.

飯店地點十分方便，位於那霸巴士總站旁，很方便乘共交車去不同有名的景點。也有單軌火車能從机場直達酒店樓下的旭橋站。步行到國際通也只需约10分鐘。飯店職員能英語溝通，主動有礼，友善有笑容，房間也十分乾淨整齊新淨。房間服務也很勤快。酒店的自助早餐也很豐富，美味。酒店還很貼心提供了浴鹽，面膜等個人用品等給客戶自由提取。總括而言，我們住得很滿意和開心。這間酒店十分推介。

Wonderful hotel - convenient to the monorail and easy walking around Naha.

An amazing stay! The room was clean, well designed (love the tub for bath), and roomy. Parking was easy and the staff was professional and friendly. My 90-year-old loved the selection of the breakfast buffet! Will definitely consider using this chain for our next travel to Japan!

I would have liked a gym facility. Also the industrial setting and construction in the area is quite an eyesore. It was inaccurately sold as a beautiful setting but it is not. Overall, the service was good - friendly and helpful staff, and the rooms are comfortable and relatively quiet. Breakfast is lovely and the common sitting areas are also comfortable and well decorated.

One of best attributes to your awesome hotel was the support from the front, desk staff, . The dining room and your check in staff on the 1st floor were also great but your front desk personnel was excellent. Your hotel is situated in a perfect spot: close to the Monorail, convenience stores, shopping centers and Landmarks. Having a 24/7 laundry service nearby was really convenient The food for the breakfast buffet was awesome and tasty. It was a culinary experience only available at high end hotels. The menu for the Dinner at Dining 19 was a treat for royalty. The dinner service was done in a " Iron Chef" matter with great detail and very exquisite and beautiful arrangement. in addition, all entrees were delicious !!! The Dinner host was excellent and his English was awesome. His detailed explanation of each dish was spot on . The hotel was unique having the reception on the 14th floor gave all the new guests a panoramic view of Okinawa only Rihga could provide. The day and night views were spectacular and memorable. The room was clean and well designed for all our needs. The soaking tub was my favorite all three nights with the bath salts as a bonus. The full down blankets were soft and warm. The beds and light control were top notch. I would book your hotel again if I am in Okinawa without hesitation. The three days was too short. A week or more would be sufficient the next time.
