A very good hotel with satisfactory service. Rooms are large and clean, with shuttle bus service from hotel to Osaka station, Dan from Osaka Station to hotel and there is shuttle bus also to Universal Studio, outstanding. This hotel is highly recommended when visiting osaka. Thank you Righa Royal Hotel for your service. Keep it up and upgraded. Thank you.

Beautiful hotel with a resort feel. Not close to train stations, but there is a shuttle provided to take you to Osaka station. I only took it once, but it appears to get packed from either end of the trip. The walk to/ from close stations is about 15-20 minutes.
Grocery store Life is nearby as well as a Family Mart. There is a 7 11 in the hotel.

I liked the access to the train station however thought that breakfast buffet was grossly overpriced and that paying for access to the pool should be more clearly noted on the Expedia site.

Overall the amenities, the room, the swimming facility are all wonderful and I would stay here again as
long as I don't have to interact with your front desk staff, especially the Elite Checkin section.
I am a platinum member of IHG and just because I did the reservation on Expedia, they stripped me of
much of the value I had as a member. They only gave me a late checkout by extending from 11am to Noon.
They didn't even check and recognize me as a Platinum member, no welcome drink, no points, no nothing.
I admit it is my fault for doing the Expedia booking but in other locations, they made extra effort to make me feel welcome.
I will totally come to Japan again and maybe try my luck at the other IHG hotels in Osaka but for this location I am not sure if I will come back.

People were loud around my room. The room was still filthy and filled with dust after the cleaning service.The remote for TV was under the bed as I dropped it befope leaving the room that morning, so were my shoes. It was unbelievable.
