Great hotel. It is very closed to train station. The room was clean. Friendly staff. The shower room was a bit small

good size for japan standards, clean, comfy bed, toilet cramped but clean, good water pressure, rain shower, super friendly check in guy, excellent location just a few minutes walk to Namba station, and a bit longer to Dotonbori. But walls a bit thin, could hear most things outside the windows and in the hallway. Luggage got delayed a day, and the airport sent them to the hotel direct. Staff kindly brought them up to our room immediately.

Hot water takes a while to come out so need to on the tap and wait for a while. Wifi although provided is impossible to get a connection. Other than that, service was excellent.

The convience of the hotel is what drew us to book here, however i would still NOT RECOMMEND this place to others. When we checked in, we were hit with a hidden "osaka fee" and paid extra in cash. Although it was only 800 yen, it felt like a scam as there are zero amenities, no house cleaning service and "osaka fees" aren't a real thing -it's just their added surcharge. When we got to our room, there was a smell, and we realized quickly it was coming from the washroom. It smelled like dirty subway stations where people peed on the walls. There were holes on the closet doors as well. Overall, it was not well kept and we much prefer staying in a little more expensive place for the cleanliness next time.

The only good thing about this hotel was it’s location. It’s very close to the metro and shopping. Our family of 5 stayed here for 3 days and it has been the dirtiest hotel we have ever stayed at. And we stayed at 4 other hotels during our 15 day trip to Japan. We booked the 3 bed room here at Rozy hotel. It had a decent size tub and shower but it had mold growing everywhere!!! dark colored and red mold. I was so grossed I felt dirty taking a shower there. The beds were not any better. Pee stains on the mattress and what looked like old blood stains. I would not recommend staying here. There are plenty of other hotels in this area. Too bad for us we couldn’t find another hotel to switch to because of our party of 5.

We had the deluxe room which sleeps 6 people, it is pretty much the biggest room we have in japan and the best considering we stayed in Hilton, mystays, ryokans, etc. price is reasonable, room is clean and big, bed is nice and toilet/shower is separated which is a nice feature (all other hotel has them in the same room and really tight/small). Location wise it is not too bad, around 5 minutes walk to jr namba and 10mins to dotonburi. It is in a quiet area though and not where all the action is - if you like it that way then this is for you. A family mart (24h convenient shop) is just around the corner. No laundromat spoilt it if you do want to wash cloths, need to go to dotonbori or other places which take 10mins.

The location is good, near Namba station. The staff is friendly, and the room is more spacious than most of other Japanese hotel. However, when someone upstairs uses the toilet, I can hear noise from the tube in my room, which disturbs my sleep.

The location is good in Namba area. Hotel staff is very welcoming and check-in is convenient. However, double bed is too small for two adults. The most important thing I want to say is, the room had noise when people upstairs are using restroom or taking a shower. I can only sleep well when people upstairs finish using restroom. Overall, it is a good place for one-night stay, and for people those who don't care minor noise.
