交通手段はやや不便ですが、車で来ることができれば最高の立地です。近隣にはつつじが岡公園や、ぶんぶく茶釜の里の茂林寺がありますし、おいしいラーメン屋さん、スーパーがあります。何より、ホテルのスタッフの方が多忙ながらも親切に接してくださったのがうれしかったです。またお世話になりたいと思います。ありがとうございました。

スタッフのアットホームな対応が素晴らしい。朝食もとてもおいしかった。ホテル全体として清潔感があり、気持ちよく過ごせた。12月の宿泊でしたが、まさか白鳥の飛来地だたっとは知らず、白鳥を見ることができて幸せでした。

施設自体は綺麗でした。
レストランの食事も美味しかったです。
スタッフの方の対応も良かったです。
1つとても残念だったのが、お風呂です。
17時に入った時湯船がぬるく、シャワーを浴びている方が温かいくらいでした。（常に換気扇が回ってました）
子供達も寒くて湯船に浸かっていられませんでした。
しかし、朝の8時に主人が湯船に入ったら熱くて入っていられなかったそうです。
掛け流しのお風呂ではなかったので、朝熱いお湯を入れて、冷めてきては熱いお湯を足してる感じなのかなと思いました。
子供達がお風呂を楽しみに行ったので残念でした。

足利フラワーパークに藤を見に行くのに利用した。
スタッフは皆、親切な対応をしてくれた。
館内の客室に空きは無かった様でトレーラーハウスの宿泊だった。
覚悟はしていたがやはり狭かったがとても清潔な部屋だった。
部屋はレイクビューでバルコニーは清々しい。
平日は大浴場が使えなかったのが残念でならない。
部屋にはシャワーしかないので湯船に浸かることはできなかった。

トレーラーハウス自体は快適には過ごせたが、ハンガータオル掛けがないため入浴後は濡れたタオルをかけるところがなく置き場所に困る。狭いので仕方がないのかもしれないが。。。

2月の上旬くらい迄は、目の前の沼で白鳥を見ることが出来るそうですが、私は2月下旬だったので、沢山のカモだけでした。お部屋やレストランから沼を見ることが出来ます。桜の樹が沼に沿って植えられており、桜の時期にはとても綺麗だろうと思いました。

平日に宿泊しました。
とても静かでおちついたところでした。
食事処からは城沼での鳥たち白鳥鴨など
がみれて癒されました。朝ご飯もバランスよくて美味しいかったです。
施設もすごくきれい！あたらしいきれい
また近くにくる機会があればまたこちら利用をしたいなと思いました。

鏡がなく、椅子がとても心地悪い
4名まで泊まれるとあるが、夏は外に出るのも難しいため4名がトレーラーに閉じこもるのは厳しいと感じた(椅子も2脚しかない)
まだオペレーションがうまく回っておらず、従業員も色々経験不足
サイト上でみるのとはかなり異なる印象で、最寄りのキャンプ場も空き地という感じで周りの住宅の目が気になるため現実的にキャンプは難しい
トレーラーは冷房もきいており綺麗だったが、2段で4名寝られるようにしているためほとんどがベッドで圧迫感は否めない
レイクビューとあるがほぼ見えないのと、ガラス面の汚れが気になりチェックインして早々に拭いた
母屋のホテルにもアイスマシンがなく、レストランからくださったのは助かったが、ペールがないので保管に困った
