Nice view of Mt.Fuji can be seen from the hotel

Just needs a facelift :-) Tired and old looking. Laundry facilities need updating.

Clean and spacious.

Good value for money near Mt Fuji. Firm bed was quite comfortable. They helped me arrange for a taxi at 5 AM, which was super helpful given I do not speak Japanese. Free coffee was a plus as well!

Good place to stay. The walk to the train station wasn't long. The staff was very helpful with luggage forwarding services. The view down the street of Mt. Fuji is VERY good. Glad to have spent a few nights there.

Close to the malls and shopping area. Mt FUJI is visible on a clear day. Few steps away from the hotel you can see Mt Fuji. Nice and quite area. Staff are approachable and helpful

The hotel is not too far from the station. It has a good view of the Mt Fuji. No complaint in regards of the hotel except the blanket has got blood stains on it :(

Spacious room and great location near the station!

This turned out to be more of a business hotel, and a bit out of the way. Kawaguchiko in general is not high density and there were not too many options in the direct vicinity of the hotel. A bit over a kilometre from the train station, and about 700 meters to the convenience store and shopping centre. The room was nice and spacious, if somewhat dated, but very comfortable. Absolutely loved the optional breakfast, a traditional Japanese set that was mind blowing, priced at only ¥600, do not miss (reservations are required by 9pm the previous night). There is a nice view of Mt. Fuji, as probably every other vantage point has from the township.

We only stayed one night in Kawaguchiko, but it was unforgettable. The highlight was definitely the stunning view of Mt. Fuji — we could see it right from our balcony and even from the road just outside the hotel. It felt like a postcard come to life! The room was super clean, cozy, and very comfortable — exactly what we needed after a long day of travel. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. Wish we could’ve stayed longer! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a peaceful stay with unbeatable views of Mt. Fuji.

The staffs are friendly n helpful. But the furniture was abit old.

Reception were happy to store our luggage prior to check in. When we returned, the luggage had been taken up to our room. Very helpful. Spacious room with balcony, kitchen facilities, comfortable bed and powerful shower. Tasty traditional Japanese breakfast available at a reasonable price. Overall really good value for money.

Everything was as expected. Friendly staff, clean room, good food. The shuttle sevice to Kawaguchiko Station was a big plus!!

We enjoyed every second of our stay. Very friendly and helpful people and the Chef and his Girls in the Restaurant are lovely people. Nothing to find fault with at all.

Hotel is about 15mins walk from kawaguchiko station. They do provide shuttle to the station in the morning (3 timing) with limited seating so reserved your seat first come first serve. Rooms are dated but very spacious. Certainly need a revamp for better and cosy feel. Amenity like pillows are self help at the lobby and microwave machine at level outside the lift. Nothing to offer around the hotel other than 7-11 about 3mins away, pharmacy and wine store just next to hotel and a family run japanese restuarant opposite hotel. On a clear day you can view fuji on the right side of the hotel like what u see on the picture of the hotel ads.
