We only stayed here one night, but wished we had stayed longer. The location is quiet yet close to many nice parks and restaurants, and very close to many convenient train stations. The Library theme is amazing, I loved getting to peruse the books and pick a little reading nook. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of Japanese and western options. And the staff are exceptional. We will be staying here again

A beautiful, interesting hotel with staff that more than willing to help. We stayed in a suite which was spacious. We used the laundry and made the most of free drinks and snacks.

This hotel is really old. The lobby has a very heavy smell. Bathroom is very dated. The staff is really friendly and helpful. Not the most convenient location. Required transportation to shopping and nearly attractions other than the Tokyo Tower.

Tiny rooms and small uncomfortable beds, they should not accept reservations for 4 people in one room even if 2 are children. The beds barely fit one adult, they are smaller then a US twin or a single bed and they take up all the room so if you open your luggage there’s no place to walk and you have to jump over your luggage to get to the other side.

Most uncomfortable hotel with tiny rooms and small uncomfortable beds. We were a couple with 2 children and our reservation clearly stated that we are 4 guests but their tiny rooms can only hold 2 small single beds that even one person can barely fit in. Overall a very negative experience in every way.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and the decor inside the hotel was really cool! Restaurant staff working at breakfast service and at dinner were really amazing too! Everything from their attention to detail to their attentiveness everyone at this hotel really goes the extra mile. Thanks for a wonderful time!

Very nice hotel in the quieter Minato area if you want to avoid the busier areas like Shibuya and Shinjuku. Walking distance to the Tokyo Tower and Hamarikyu Gardens. Only a 10 minute walk to the Hamamatsuchō Station and the Yamanote line monorail which takes you in a loop around all the main areas of Tokyo where you can see many of the key sites. Very kind, helpful and attentive staff. Great breakfast to start the day at 7am. Rooms were clean, modern and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Food options within walkable distances. Wanted to try the hotel restaurant since it had a vegan menu but didn’t have time. Staff were super friendly and helpful, especially with luggage forwarding. Cold water dispensers were convenient and beds were very comfortable (we prefer the more firm futons).

The initial impression is extremely nice with complimentary snacks, coffee, and tea. Also there is a very welcoming space where visitors alike are able to wind down outside of their rooms. Me, my husband, and daughter stayed in a room with three single beds, one was a bunk bed. As this was the only room left. The room was clean but my only gripe was with the bathroom. Often I would get a whiff of an unpleasant smell. Not sure if it’s because of how their plumbing worked. Also the ceiling seemed to be thin because it was easy to hear upstairs neighbors walk around which did keep me up at night. Once I put on white noise I was able to fall asleep just fine.
The service was incredibly nice! They were very accommodating and were able to hold our luggage which was great since our flight out of Tokyo was at 9pm. Also great location to hop on the monorail to the airport!

Easy check-in. Staff were very friendly. All spoke great English. Free coffee in the lobby. Room was exactly like the pictures. Room was very clean and had lots of amenities. Filtered water machine on our floor. Self serve laundry was cheap and amazing to use, with an app to monitor the load. Hotel location was close to train and stores but in a nice quiet area. Will definitely stay again.

The staff was unbelievable, the property was gorgeous, you would have to stay at a Ritz-Carlton or similar 5-star location in the US to hopefully, maybe get the same quality of service and apparent excitement from the staff to help in any possible way
