Although room was small(3 single bed for us), it was steps away from Shibuya crossing and the train station. Lots of dining options around the hotel. The complimentary evening drinks and snacks were awesome. Thank you

The staff was so kind, especially employee "Yuki" , she helped me so much during my stay witht he check in and the laundry room, she is wonderful and very kind, Thank you Yuki-san =) . I will be back again next year. =)

This was an excellent location. Room was spotless and comfy beds. Location cannot be beat. Just behind the hotel is a great street full of LOTS of restaurants, and right around the corner is the heart od Shibuya Crossing and all kinds of shopping. Right by Shibuya station so easy to what to and from the airport. What a fun last night location before we head home!

The place is extremely small… the bathtub is extremly high. I repeat the rooms are extremely small i could barely open my suitcase. However, it is next to everythingggggggg. The trains, shibya crossing and shopping. The staff is friendly. Washer and dryer. You cant literallly walk to anything and everything

This hotel is in a great location. Very close to Shibuya station, the scramble and restaurants. The staff is very friendly and helpful. You can also ship your luggage from here to another hotel if you’re traveling.
Room was clean and has great air conditioning. No musty smell like others I’ve experienced. Highly recommend.

If you enjoy food and night life. This is the perfect hotel. Very close to the Scramble Crossing and each floor has a water dispensers to fill water bottles. That came in handly baaed on how much water we needed to drink in August. Very humid. AC in the hotel was a savior.

If you stay here just for a convenient location, nearby the train station, stores and restaurants then this hotel is it. But if you’re meticulously about cleanliness's like me then this hotel is not it. This hotel is just okay but so outdated. Customer service is good and pleasant.
