水回りに多少古さを感じたものの、清潔さには問題なく、部屋自体やベッドなどは新しいもので快適でした。朝食はコロナ対策のためかバイキングではなく折詰定食になっていましたが、おかずの種類や量には問題なく満足でした。

夜12時過ぎの到着にもかかわらず、快く受付してくださいました。電話で2度やりとりしましたがスタッフの方のご対応がとても丁寧で気持ちの良いものでした。このようなビジネスホテルによくある風呂場が湿った匂いがするなどといった不快感は全くなくて良かったです。バスタブも大きめでした。寝るだけの為の了解ならかなりお安く快適に過ごせると思います。

TV was sub par smallest of my entire stay and very very old. bed was very very hard. toilet was of reasonable size so that was a plus. difficulty getting to hotel but that is not fault of hotel itself more my poor planing

The Smile Hotel Shiogama is a great stay in Shiogama. Our check-in process was very smooth, and even with our very limited Japanese language skills the staff were polite and professional. The room was clean and comfortable, and we had no complaints.

残念ながら館内中カビ臭かった。おそらくシャワーの蛇口が閉まりきらず常にお湯がたらたらと出ている状態だったようで窓も結露がすごかった。なんでスタッフが気が付かないのかとても残念。

接客、サービスは普通に良かったです。ホテルの部屋の鍵を差しておかないと電気が全て落ちてしまうようで、少し出掛けると部屋がすぐ暑くなってしまうのがマイナスな点位でした。
