I stayed 3 nights very comfortably at this hotel. Staff extremely friendly, gentle space. The bedroom is not large but there is enough space to feel comfortable after a day of exploring Tokyo quite tired. The hotel is located in an alley close to the 4-meter exit of Sugamo and very close to the entrance of the JR gate, the lane has many attractive eateries but we haven't had a chance to try it all. Family mart right next. I will definitely come back if I go to Tokyo.

I had a nice stay here. It’s in a nice location where I could quickly rent bicycles or walk to the subway. It’s near plenty of dining options as well. The staff were always ready to help. Water pressure was good too.

Very convenient location only a couple of blocks from the Yamanote line on a not that busy station. Very friendly staff. Offered complementary several bottles of water when arriving. Highly recommended. I’ll consider this place in the future for when I visit Tokyo again! Thanks!

여러 리뷰가 있어서 안 좋으면 어떡하지 하고 갔는데 괜한 생각했네요. 들어가는 골목이 좀 뭐지 했지만 호텔 내부나 서비스는 훌륭했어요! 히터가 잘 드니까 조절 잘하셔야 하는데 이틀째는 젖은 거 걸어놓고 자니까 딱 좋았어요.(빨래 잘 말림.ㅋ) 청소하시는 분들이 엄청 열심히 하시는 것 같아요. 깨끗하니 잘 잤어요. 역에 가깝고 바로 옆 편의점이라 불편함이 없었어요!

Before I start my review, I would like to say the staff was wonderful. My review is strictly only about the hotel and my stay itself, not about the staff. The WiFi was basically not even useable. It was always slow and disconnected itself multiple times. The desk was small with very little room to walk around for two people. I was not happy with the price I paid with the quality of the hotel.

Extremely close to the Sugamo JR station, which is why I picked this location. It’s an older business hotel but functional everything is fine. It was not the most comfortable bed but aside from that, pretty standard fare, including onsite coin laundry.

Good hotel to stay in. Short walk from train station. Bathroom smelled a bit odd even when I let it air out. Otherwise, comfortable stay. Bed was a bit painful some mornings but didn’t stop me from sleeping. I recommend it for sure. Staff was very friendly. Family mart was literally 30 second walk. Can beat that
