SOKI ATAMI

Breakfast is delicious and fresh. If you are there more than 2 nights, its a different set menu, all local ingredients and absolutely worth it since there arent many restaurants nearby for breakfast

My husband and I stayed here for two nights and we loved it especially the roof top views is gorgeous, they offer welcome tea and snack by the same floor of roof top (8th F), we were lucky it was sunny on the day went up the rooftop and felt very chill enjoying the town and water while enjoying the afternoon tea time. We booked this private bath tub half outdoor room and we really enjoyed soak the hot springs whenever we like. The only thing I would suggest is the hotel could provide shuttle service for in and out the Atami station or town center, it is about 1 mile (20 mins walk).

Overall great, just the dinner and the breakfast, the price and the course setup did not match, not sure who pays JPY 18,000+ for a main course that only has 4 slices of beef.

It is one of the best in the area. The view in the top deck was great. Staff was very friendly.

SOKI Atami is a beautiful and tranquil retreat. I thoroughly enjoyed the private onsen on my outdoor terrace, with its serene view overlooking the sea. The amenities are first-class, and the service is beyond reproach. As a design professional with a deep appreciation for Japanese aesthetics, I found joy in every detail—from the architecture to the textures and tones. Every element felt intentional and quietly luxurious. My only suggestion would be to offer more variety in the dining options. The dinner menu, while exquisite and beautifully prepared, is a fixed multi-course meal. It’s undeniably delicious but might be too expensive for guests to enjoy every night of their stay. The Japanese-style breakfast is also excellent—nutritious and thoughtfully presented. That said, as a guest from the U.S., I would appreciate the option of a lighter, Western-style breakfast. I understand this may not fully align with the hotel's concept, but I wanted to share this perspective as a matter of comfort and inclusivity. Overall, I would come back in a heartbeat!

Wonderful stay, nice onsens in room, minimalist grounds and great japanese-style food.

Hotel stay was amazing. A little far from the station; it was the largest room I had in Japan. The dinner 10/10. I will definitely stop by again

裝修很美行有藝術感。房間很大很舒適。私人風呂更是一流。職員親切友善。rooftop bar看風景很是寫意。五分鐘路程內有便利店。由來宮站乘撘計程車只需一千日元內。

きちんとデザインされて今風。エコフレンドリーで、素材感を活かしたシンプルでメリハリのある内外装、地場の食材を前面に出したガストロノミーのレストラン。 3階の端だったので、道路を挟む海側のホテルの最上階が視界に入るのが残念。 事前に判れば、もう少し奮発して良い部屋にしたかもしれない。

The hotel was very clean and modern, staff were amazing and paid a lot of attention on the guests (eg they rushed out to welcome us as we drove into the car park and helped with our luggages, same on the way out). Lovely day and night view, the aesthetic of the hotel was totally beyond par - loved every bit of it!

Comfort, quest and relax~

The floor was not fully flat. The bed section was few inches higher causing step hazard for my old parents. The service overall was great and the cleanliness was excellent but I wished the outdoor bath had a cold water bath in addition to the regular hot springs. I didn't have dinner there but the breakfast was a-ok.

This was one of the highlights of our trip. The property was beautiful, and the rooms were amazing. I recommend doing half board and experiencing the provided dinner and breakfast. The location can be tricky if you plan on walking from Atami station, as it would take approximately 35 minutes and was mostly uphill. My regret was only booking to stay one night at this location.
