I had higher expectations of this place because of such a great reviews and how it was pricier compared to similar hotels. Because of the great reviews, it was very popular and rooms sold out quickly. The room I got was a corner suite so it had big windows which was nice. The bad part was that the bathroom stank so badly which was unbearable after few hours so I asked to be moved to a different room but they insisted that they will do a special cleaning. When I returned, the stank was less but the smell was still there. I could still say that it’s unacceptable and get a different room but there’s no guarantee that different room will not have the smell. Other part that was frustrating was that their WiFi didn’t work at all. Only time it worked was when everyone was asleep like 2, 3am! Mattress was hard and uncomfortable. To me, there was nothing special about this hotel. It’s overly rated and over priced tiny business hotel.

The hotel is right in the centre of Ginza, an upmarket shopping area of Tokyo, very well connected by subway to other interesting areas. Being in our 50s it was just right for us, enabling us to visit more outlandish areas and return to sanity. Plenty of places to eat and as we found with all Tokyo, safe and friendly.

A wonderful stay at the hotel! Convenient by train from either airport (Higashi Ginza station). Near great mid range and luxury shopping in Ginza. Walkable all around. Small single room but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and filling. No laundry facilties unlike the Seoul Solaria but will definitely stay here again in Tokyo.

The location for high end shopping is great. The train station is about 1 mile away. Rooms are tiny and a king size bed crammed into the corner. Great bathtub. Breakfast if you buy that option is amazing. You have to check yourself in on a kiosk. Most tourists spots are going to be a taxi or uber ride away. Cost can be 4200 yen each way to skytree and back. Uneo park is 2.9 miles away. Decided what it is you want to do and see and try to get close to that or you spend small fortune on Taxi rides.

This is a great place to stay when you're solo traveling. The hotel is located in a central area. There is a Family Mart and Lawson's just around the corner. MUJI Flagship store is also a 6 min walk. Don Quijote is about a 12 min walk. The single room felt very warm and comforting. They also include free breakfast with the stay which is wonderful.
