The hotel is very clean and near okachimachi station about 5 minute walk. Near to ameyoko market and 10 minutes walk to ueno station. Recommended stay.

This was a very convenient and safe location to stay in the Tokyo area. Air conditioner was on par with an ice box so room could be kept unbelievably cold which was awesome.
Standard size for a business hotel so can be very cramped if you’re not used to something like that.
Only two washer/dryer combos so chances are you may not be able to use them.
Staff were patient and courteous but while advertised as English speaking being an option, your experience may vary.
Very close to the subway line and two of the larger transfer stations in the area and also a 15 minute walk to Akihabara.

Clean but very small room in a convenient location by Ueno Park. The breakfast was included but not particularly good. Even worse, the restaurant did not open at the stated time and so I had to wait over 30 minutes for it to open.

The property itself was very nice and well-maintained, and the location was super convenient—close to everything, which made getting around the city really easy. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially when I needed assistance getting a taxi to Tokyo Station.
The room, however, was quite small. If you’re traveling with large luggage, it can be a bit tricky—there wasn’t much space to store or open it, and I had to move things around to make it work. There was no view from my room, as the window was completely blocked, which made the space feel a bit closed in.
That said, the hotel did provide all the necessary toiletries, and while I didn’t receive fresh towels daily, there were enough placed in the room for the three nights I stayed.
Overall, it was a good stay—clean, quiet, and very convenient if you’re looking for an affordable place in a great location.

The room was not large but it had everything we needed. The bed was a good size for us and the bathroom had a very good shower head. Centrally located and convenient to the train station. Surprisingly quiet!

It’s the usual Japanese business hotel. Good location next to a subway station and within 5 minutes of both Ueno and Okachimachi stations. Sotetsu Fresa Inn is a good chain too. No complaints.

Easy to get to from airport and around Tokyo very close to several stations. Rooms clean but small but ideal for what we wanted loads of places to eat around the hotel would stay there again.

This hotel was great. It was in a prime location, near tons of shops, restaurants, train and bus stations and within walking distance of Ueno Park. Totally recommend if you are ok with a smaller room.
