Spa & Hotel Maihama Eurasia

location is a good and SPA is awesome.

The location is very accessible and close to the Disney Sea.

Great hotel with great services and staff. Close to Tokyo Disneyland with a shuttle bus that runs every 15 minutes to Maihama Station. A huge thank you to Raymond Tanaka who assisted us with our check in. Mr Tanaka even found us the next morning while having breakfast to make sure we were enjoying our stay.

Good hotel, unique larger room. Popular if you are into onsen. Not a Disney affiliation hotel. Nothing in the area but there’s a free shuttle to Maihama station. Check out is strictly 10am which is differ from other hotel we stay in Japan. We are requesting room side by side or at least in the same floor but end up with different floor that make it inconvenient. Overall 6.5/10

Great space to stay while visiting DisneySea, less than 20 minute walk.

Convenient free shuttle bus that runs early to late to maihama station and back for easy access to disney parks. Bonus to have an onsen on site that is included for hotel guests that is open also to paid public access. Locals like to use this onsen too. Sufficient amenities, slippers, pajamas. Easy check in and out. Very convenient location to access disney. Would stay again.

I highly recommend staying here if you’re going to any of the Disneys! It’s a short walk to DisneySea and shuttle bus available both directions if needed. A huge world of advice and $ saving tip. If you got limousine bus service from the airport to DisneySea. Do the 4 minute walk to Maihama Station and take the same Eurasia shuttle bus to the hotel. Sooooo convenient.

We very much enjoyed our stay here, just 1 night stay so we could head to disney park the next day as a young family. The breakfast was amazing witg lots of choices.

We were not informed that every member of the party must have their passport for the stay. While it might state this on the Japan Website, it does not state this anywhere on both Expedia’s listing and the private message they sent to me afterwards with further details. The food on the property is solid, and provides helpful access to amenities like taxis and has replacements for items forgotten like Razors. Sadly, in our room one of the pillows had a very hard and rough side and that affected my sleep quality. Overall, it was an okay hotel that was soured by a very negative check-in experience.

If you are visiting Tokyo Disney, this is a great alternative to staying at a Disney hotel. The shuttle is convenient and runs about every 15 mins and drops you off next to downtown Disney which has many options for food and shopping.

We stayed here for our trip to Disney Sea. It was about a 15-20 min walk there and a 700 yen cab ride back. The room was very spacious. The onsen was great. I had an amazing massage there. The food is not very good in the restaurant though and the choices at the convenience store on site were very limited. Nothing is really close by so we ended up bringing food back from Disney so we could have breakfast. They also had no currency exchange machines like our other hotels we have stayed on this trip. Overall good experience though!

Great spa/ hot spring after a long day at Disney. Wonderful staff and facilities! Love it. 15 min walk to Disney Sea!

It was convenient with the shuttle bus, and close to disney..i love the osen, very convenient after a long day of walking disney or just getting off the flight

This hotel was a beautiful place to stay, but we only slept overnight before going to the Disney hotels the next day; I wish we had more time to enjoy the spa features here because they all looked so relaxing. I would recommend this hotel for a stay if you’re trying by to go to Tokyo Disney and/or Tokyo Disney Sea since they have a shuttle that will take you directly to the Disney Railway which is an easy way to get to the park entrances.

The room was disgustingly dirty, which does not seem appropriate for the price of the hotel. There were coffee splashes on the walls, something brown on the bidet buttons, hair/debris on the bathroom counter, etc. There were such gross marks that we got our own disinfectant wipes and wiped the whole room. The hotel itself is in bad shape since the couches and carpet are so stained. We booked a reservation for three people, but I did not know that children do not count as a person. It says in the booking that children under 5 stay free if they use “existing bedding” which we thought meant that it would cost extra to get a crib/extra rollaway bed. We thought that would be fine because we would squeeze onto the bed with them. They actually mean that if you want an extra pillow beyond the one lumpy pillow they give you, you have to rebook the room for an extra person and they said it would cost hundreds of dollars. They said that the child is expected to share a pillow with the adult - who can do that with a 4 year old? It seemed to be a simple misunderstanding and the description on their website and Hotels.com should be more specific about their policy for children. (Aka they should say only adults may have one pillow per person.) They were not understanding and rude at the front desk. They gave me three towels to use as a makeshift pillow. I have never been to a hotel where they refuse extra pillows! Needless to say the amenities are terrible for a 3.5 star “spa and hotel.”

The checkin process was super fast. We were greeted in English. All staff were kind & helpful. Our room was fine-cheapest room. Beds were hard. Onsen was wonderful. Super convenient for Disney parks. Shuttle was great. It was very crowded after Disneyland closed.
