Had a great stay. Room was quiet, good selection of drinks/snacks in the fridge and great options to cook in the room. Good transport links with 10 minute walk with underground stations connecting to different parts of the city. And about 5 minute walk to Senso-ji temple and shopping street. Made good use of the laundry options as well.

I loved 2 separate rooms. Beds were comfortable, blankets were amazing soooo warm. Easy to use washing machines. Dryers take forever so hanging things to dry is easier, just give it 1.5days to fully dry.

The room was clean, the bathroom had more space than some other Japanese hotels. The only issue was with the water temperature, which would sometimes go cold. We had otherwise a very pleasant stay. Would recommend.

More like an older APT feel than Hotel with minimal service, and English speaking Receptionist. Pretty big,the only one we found with 2 queen beds for 4 people, but not as clean and organized. Pretty generous with snack and drink for free and convenient location to the temple and shopping area.

I believe it was an apartment modification. My unit is the only unit on the floor. My room/unit has 4 beds plus 2 sofa beds. More than enough for a family of 4. Small kitchen for simple cooking. They don’t provide hotel daily cleaning nor bedding. They have an interesting sign on the back of the floor door saying they want you to exp living there instead of vacation, so they wouldn’t disturb you at all. Bring out the garage and they collect it. Towels will be replaced base on demand. The only complain i got is that they don’t have laundry machine in the unit but 2 coin machines beside the lobby. Ard 5 mins walking to the nearest McDonald and Donki.

Great property close to attractions and shopping. My only gripe was that it was a bit the pricey side but accommodating for 4 in Japan will always be an uphill battle. Nice amount of room in room and the heater in the bathroom is clutch for the winter months.

It was a very good location and you could move around easily. You could do a walk distance to the Senji Temple and the Tokyo skytree. Beautiful sight of the Sumida River. Also, you can do a 30 minute walk to Ueno. I would stay again

Had a great stay! The staff was amazing, friendly and super helpful with any questions or queries. The location was ideal and short walking distance away from Asakusa and Tawaramachi station. Loads of eateries and convenience store around and the Don Quijote Asakusa and Uniqlo. The property was in pristine conditions with great amenities (washer, drier, iron and iron board on demand, mini fridge). The room was clean and comfortable. I will not hesitate to stay here again in the future and recommend ^^

Occupied the family suite. 4 single beds and 2 pull out sofa. Pretty spacious. Very clean. We were surprised to find drinks in the fridge were provided for free. Teas, juices, coke and beers. 5 each since we were 5. We didn’t consume all but that was pretty awesome. It’s a smart, techy room. You’ll appreciate it once you stay here. Front desk is not 24 hrs. Only until 9 pm I think. We were running late as we were coming from Osaka. I requested the staff from our previous hotel to contact and inform them we will be arriving at 10:30 and someone waited for us. The person was kind and very personable. Check in and check out was a breeze. It’s a good location too. Walking distance to Sensoji Temple. I wish we stayed here longer. We are a family of 5. We have 3 young adults. We stayed at 3 other hotels in Japan and were also good but this is the family’s more favored hotel because of the room. We want to thank this hotel for providing us a great stay.
