The place was pretty great. The room was clean and breakfast was wonderful. My only complaint was that my fridge didn’t work but that wasn’t too bad. It’s also very close to a large shopping street while being in the middle of town. Overall great place to stay.

Staff was incredibly friendly. The hotel is nearby plenty of places to eat, all of which I tried were good. The bathrooms are a bit dated but kept very clean. The breakfast was outstanding and held at a convenient time of the morning.

The Sunwest Hotel is in a decent area and has a reasonably modern building, but the rooms are quite small and the furnishings are lacking. Even after upgrading to a larger room, I found there was no table for my luggage, leaving it spread out on the floor. The breakfast, however, is excellent—I'd give it 2 or 3 out of 3 stars—and the staff is very kind. Another downside is that the rooftop lounge, shown in photos, is locked all day, which felt a bit deceptive. Overall, despite the great breakfast and friendly staff, I don’t think I’ll be staying there again and will look for another hotel next time

This is one of those with an on-site parking garage where the car is stored in an automated system so you can't get anything out of the car until you leave unless you want to ask them to bring your car down so that you can retrieve something. Our room had two full size beds that were comfortable. Like virtually all hotels, the bedding is too thick for the temperature, so you need to ask for a thin blanket as the comforter is only useful in January if the heat goes out in the building.

I loved everything about this hotel. It was very clean. The coffee they provided in the rooms was delicious! The amenities were great..they even had free amenities in the lobby such as hairbrushes, razors, etc in case you forgot, as well as beauty sheet masks! The room size is small to Americans but that didn’t matter. It was very clean and comfortable! The staff always greeted us with a smile. 10/10 recommend!
