Insanely good location next to tons of shopping, food, and sightseeing, plus Nankai, Hankyu, Osaka Metro, and JR West stations nearby. Hotel is comfy, staff is really helpful. Breakfast was good but might not have a lot of options for vegetarian guests.

This hotel was so close to Namba and Dontonburi as well as a great train station. It had all the wonderful amenities and the breakfast each morning rotated through different local specialties.

Clean room, nice lobby, great location, friendly staff, good laundry facilities, enjoyable free breakfast, and loved the free ‘happy hour’ which ran all late afternoon and into the evening.

I gave 2 stars because of breakfast otherwise I would give 1 star. There’s a restriction that you can’t stay in your room between 10:00am-3:00pm because of cleaning time!! No matter that you want your room clean or not! Staffs are not friendly at all!!! I wouldn’t recommend it.

Friendly hotel staff. Complimentary welcome drinks and breakfast. Breakfast menu changed every day. Clean rooms. Cleaning as per requested but provide clean towels every day. Convinient neighbourhood. Right next to Kuromon market (fresh food). Close to Namba station (15 min walk) and Dontonbori (10 min walk). Lawson store on same building.

The location is good and the staff is friendly. But the bathroom is terrible. You have to step up to go into the bathroom, I am less than 130lbs and 5’7”, I am having a hard time to use the bathroom. The cleaning hours are strict, i later stayed at another property, same size small room but the bathroom is a regular size and don’t have to step up and step down every single time to use the bathroom. Not convenient at all.

This place was the second place we stayed in on our 2 week trip in Japan. We stayed at this location for 6 Nights and could not be more happy with everything. Staff was friendly, free drinks during certain hours, free breakfast. On top of all that there’s a Lawson literally right next door, literally right across the street is the Kuromon Fish Market, probably 10-20 min walk to anywhere from Namba - Dontonburi. There’s a Don Quixote about 8 mins away, train station literally a skip away. We got really lucky with this location. The ONLY complaint I have would be the bathroom as it was smaller than what I expected, but it still got the job done. Probably wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone who’s “bigger”. Other than that 10/10 would come back 👍⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Good location for us (walkable to Namba, Nipponbashi, Dotonburi and the market is over over the road). Staff were super friendly. Our room (a double with a bunk bed above) was a little more cramped that anticipating, a bit of a squeeze for a family of 3. However it was appreciated that they supplied lots of amenities, pyjamas and a wide choice of pillows, and the free breakfast was great (if they could also include some fruit in future then that would be good!). Main bugbear was the single small lift, particularly frustrating when having to wait when everyone is checking out (we had to wait about 10 minutes to use a lift that had enough space for us) - perhaps more guests without luggage should be encouraged to use the staircase and the stairs should be open for longer than 7-10am

We stayed at three other 4-star hotels this trip except for this one but found the staff and amenities the best here. The staff was very helpful and their hospitality was greatly appreciated.
The rooms are on the small side, especially the washroom, but they were still an experience and the amenities and staff more than made up for it. Being able to trade in unused toothbrushes for a small gift was fun.
One minor gripe though is that there's only 1 elevator which can test your patience if you're in a hurry.

Rooms are small so a little tight for families but the hotel makes up for it with great service, a good breakfast and clean rooms. Definitely recommend if travelling as a couple or solo. Location is perfect, easy to get to places by foot or train.

Staff are friendly. Location was near transport and shopping. Also welcome drink. Able to have your own meals in their dinning room. Tea and Coffee machines also provided. Breakfast was always topped up. First experience for us was your hotel provided pajamas.

Location is very convenient to Kuromon Market, Dotonbori and Namba Station. Staffs are very polite, accommodating, and always welcoming. Their organic and sustainable amenities/freebies are commendable. Highly recommended if youre looking for a budget hotel around the area.

The hotel is perfect except for the connecting rooms are of smaller layout and bathroom need to step up. Otherwise, it is perfect. The market is right in front and short walk to Dontoburi. Easily access to MRT and rail station.

Location is excellent within walking distance to Namba station and subway Nipponbashi. Walking distance to Dotonbori. The only thing is the hotel is too small for 3 persons. Small toilet and room.
