This was the only disappointing experience we had in Japan. It’s marketed as a budget hotel, but even for a budget option, it falls short. During our five-night stay, the room was properly cleaned only once. On the other days, staff merely emptied the bins and replaced the towels — they didn’t even make the beds or clean the sink. When we asked at the front desk about the cleaning schedule, we were simply pointed to a QR code on the desk and told the information was there. The staff were quite rude and unhelpful (none of them was Japanese btw) The walls are dirty, and the overall condition of the hotel feels neglected and unpleasant. The only thing that looks nice is the reception area shown in the photos — which is misleading compared to the rest of the property. I would avoid this hotel.

Aside from the convenient location, we were disappointed that our rooms didn’t have the in-room washer and dryer which was stated in the property description. That was part of the reason we chose this location was so we can wash our clothes since our stay was towards the end of our trip. Eventhough there were machines on the 2nd Floor, there were only 2 and they weren’t the cleanest.
