Beautiful lobby, dan the staffs are very helpful ❤️ I love the facilities: onsen, breakfast, laundry, dan it's located on the main street, very accessible. A very enjoyable stay dan would recommend it to anyone! 😊

Nice and clean room A short walk from Hakata Station With Starbucks downstairs and Lawson just around the corner so easy to get coffee/breakfast and drinking water and snacks. Staff is friendly and accomdating. Only (minor) gripe is no hook to hang clothes and towels inside/outside shower room

Friendly staff, decent sized rooms, nice range of amenities and in a pretty nice location right across the market. No onsite parking but there's a parking lot right behind the hotel so that was handy.

Hard to figure out a lot of things . Location of lobby, bath room. And no sound proof toilet and bathroom. Echoes a lot everything. Stuff were nice.
