I was scheduled to depart early the next morning, so I asked them to ship my luggage even though it was late at night. Despite the late hour and the large number of people checking in, they handled it with a smile without showing any displeasure, which was a great help.

I only stayed one night to recover from a long flight before flying to Kyushu. The hotel room was very small, not unusual for Japan but hard to even find a place to open my suitcase. Two twin beds in our room. The beds were pretty hard and the pillows were strange. Everything was clean and the staff was kind and helpful. The shuttle was my main reason for booking but I'm still not clear if they will do airport pickups. The schedule is not listed anywhere online I could find but they have a very big tour bus style shuttle. So, we took a taxi to the hotel, not ideal, but were able to use the shuttle on the way back. Right at the counter there is a shuttle schedule, and you put your name down for the time slot. It takes about 25min to get to the airport, so the times are 1 hour apart. I think the first bus was 5:00am. The lobby was nice and the restaurant looked good, but we left before breakfast began.

Rooms were cleaned everyday, but they did have room for improvement like fixing some scuffs in the walls of our room. Airport shuttle was a bit weird since you had to book a reservation for the shuttle through their website but overall it was pretty good. Staff were super helpful and friendly, gave recommendations for local spots to visit and enjoy, spoke English very well and were able to accommodate if asked. The breakfast buffet has a good variety of options, though it can be a bit expensive if your booking doesn’t have the buffet included. Overall, it was a good place to rest, eat, and it’s located in the middle of a lot of shopping centers, temples and near the train stations.

An easy train trip and walking distance or shuttle from Narita airport. An easy walk to Aeon supermarket and very convenient to a couple of local chain style restaurants. Very comfortable walk to Naritasan Park, Naritasan Shinshoji shrine and Omotisando shopping street. Our room was clean and comfortable and the staff friendly and accommodating. Sadly we had to rush our breakfast but it was a flavourful Japanese style breakfast - a different but very welcomed experience for us. Would recommend and would stay again.

Great staff at reception desk, friendly and informative. Room (economy compact for 2)was small but clean and comfortable, good for one night stay. Carpet looks dirty in rooms and hallways. Breakfast was OK, not much choice besides Asian style food. Only eggs available were "scrambled" i.e. almost liquid . No options for omelets or boiled eggs. No fresh fruits, fake juice, bad coffee. The main positive point for this hotel is the beautiful huge park with Buddhist temple/pagoda that is only a few minutes walk from hotel, and the touristy shopping street. Also restaurants around and supermarket. Shuttle service on time and efficient.
